Could our Trustee already have access to funds?

Please let me know what your thoughts are on this, but I am getting the impression from both Bob Hollenegg and from Al’s update that our specific trustee may already have the money in hand or access to the money. The way I am putting it together is that the cmkx funds have been collected and transferred to our trustee (i.e our trustee has access) and now we are waiting for the last trustee from a different settlement to get access to some other money, before getting economic receipt. Al stated, “Economic Receipt occurs when all trustees have access to all of the funds they are responsible for.” Key word in that statement is “ALL”. Granted, he didn’t mention it specifically that our trustee has the funds, but all signs and his positive statements point to that. Any one have any input or opinions on this? Boh Hollenegg, am I wrong here? Just thinking out loud,.....

To add to that - maybe that is why Bob Hollenegg and other plaintiffs were so excited 2 weeks ago. Remember the comment, “hours…days” and the avalanche video, maybe this was when they found out that our trustee received access to our funds. So, in my head, here is how I see it was played out 2 weeks ago.. Al gets the phone call from the trustee saying “we have received access to your funds. Now we are only waiting on one more trustee to receive access to other funds (not tied to cmkx). Once that trustee has access, then everyone will receive economic receipt.” Al then updates the plaintiffs and of course they are all thrilled and post their excitement. Again, just thinking out loud.
