P. S. At a mental health hospital a psychiatrist sets a test to determine the mental progress of his three top patients.
He gets three chairs and repaints them. Before they dry, he repositions them in a room in such a way that one is in front of the other. After this, he calls the three patients and asks them to seat down. The first two gladly sit on the wet chairs at the front. However, the third who comes in last takes one look at the wet chair and then proceeds to the corner of the room where there is a pile of papers. He takes one sheet which he drapes on the wet chair before sitting. Surprised by the action of the third, the doctor asks him why he draped the sheet of paper on the wet chair, “that’s easy,” came the reply, “seeing that am seated at the back, I needed to be a bit raised if I wanted to see what’s happening at the front”

Radical Shia cleric back in Iraq after exile

The Shia cleric Moqtada al-Sadr made a surprise return to Iraq on Wednesday, ending four years of self-imposed exile in Iran and signalling the full rehabilitation of his Sadrist faction within Iraq’s political process.
Mr Sadr travelled by aircraft from the Iranian city of Qom, where he had been studying to become an ayatollah, with a team of bodyguards referred to as the “golden team”. After landing he was quickly surrounded by local politicians, Sadrists and cheering supporters.

He then visited the Imam Ali shrine and returned to his family’s home at nightfall as more well-wishers gathered outside.
Mr Sadr’s return comes just two weeks after Nouri al-Maliki, Iraqi prime minister and a fellow Shia, cobbled together a national unity government in which Mr Sadr’s support proved crucial.
It was Mr Sadr’s decision last October to support Mr Maliki for a second term, in a deal brokered by Iran, that ended the political deadlock paralysing the formation of an Iraqi government after elections in March. In October, the two men embraced publicly at a meeting in Qom, ending years of bitter rivalry.
The Sadrist faction controls at least eight ministries in the new government and has vowed to become a full participant in the political process.
Mr Sadr had fled to Iran in early 2007, just before the surge of US troops into Iraq, fearing he would be pursued under the terms of an arrest warrant against him issued in 2004. Relations with Mr Maliki deteriorated further after the prime minister moved to crush Mr Sadr’s Mahdi Army militia in 2008.
Though Mr Sadr repeatedly cited his religious studies as the reason he remained in Iran, many Iraqis speculated privately that he did not dare return for fear of arrest.
Ali al-Kufi, Mr Sadr’s spokesman in Najaf, said the cleric had returned to Iraq permanently and that he planned to transfer his religious studies to a renowned Shia centre in the city. He added that Mr Sadr would “announce his agenda to the public” in the coming days.
An aide to Mr Sadr told Reuters the cleric had come to visit the grave of his father, Grand Ayatollah Mohammed Sadiq al-Sadr, who was assassinated by Saddam Hussein’s regime in 1999.
Whatever his agenda, Mr Sadr’s reappearance in Iraq suggests the terms of his deal with Mr Maliki included guarantees that he would not be detained.
The arrest warrant, issued by an Iraqi judge in 2004 during the rule of the US Coalition Provisional Authority, was on charges of murdering a rival Shia cleric in Najaf a year earlier. But under the terms of the US security agreement with the country, US troops no longer have the authority to act on arrest warrants in Iraq.
Asked whether Mr Sadr was still wanted by US forces, Colonel Barry Johnson, spokesman for General Lloyd Austin, the US commander in Iraq, said Mr Sadr “is not an issue pertaining to US Forces Iraq, and would be appropriately addressed by the government of Iraq”.
Meanwhile, Iran’s new foreign minister, Ali Akbar Salehi, met Mr Maliki and more than a dozen Iraqi government officials in Baghdad on Wednesday.
