TBeezley1: (03/11/08 5:04 PM EDT) Just wanted to give you an update on my doctor visit results. They detected a leaky valve and have referred me to a cardiologist. However, the doctor said it was "not alarming." From the sound of things they may not want to do anything but monitor it or treat it with meds. (shared by tigerherb)
Thank you all for the prayers (F)

Just wanted you all to know how much I appreciate your prayers and your thoughtful gift.
Word from the doctor arrived today. My diagnosis was "mild to moderate aortic regurgitation." It sounds positively nasty but in truth, it's likely only going to require close monitoring at this point.
Anyway, I just wanted you all to know that God is still in the "answering prayers" business.
BTW...I don't know how many of you know "Breanna" (real name: Cheryl) but I heard from her today and she is hospitalized in Salem, OR with inoperable cancer that has spread to her lungs and spleen. The doctors gave her six months to live. As if that weren't bad enough, Cheryl is the only one available to provide care for her ailing mother. When she went into the hospital 10 days ago for tests, she thought she had someone lined up to look after her mom, who suffers from diabetes. Unfortunately, her substitute proved to be less than diligent and several days later, she was found on the floor by her grand-niece in a diabetic coma. She is now in the hospital, one floor above Cheryl and they are still working to stabilize her condition.
If you could pray for Cheryl and her mom, Pearl, it would be greatly appreciated.
(8:05 AM) TATbird: Update: Mom's blood count is borderline and she may have to be transported to the hospital for blood transfusion. She fell yesterday evening. She now has a bruised/cracked tailbone. The took xrays of the hip and leg and we will find out this morning but hoping the hip is ok.
friends who we all know and love, asked that her Mother (Gloria) be put on prayer list... She went in on test for a spot on her lung in November of 2007. It came back with 1 centimeter. They did the (five needle test) and it came back 98% negative. She had another C-T scan and it was at 4 centimeters. She'll have another test on Thursday with a scope. Please pray that the test comes out negative.
Prayers for your Mom

(6:59 PM) TATbird: Update: Mom is doing great in PT. Her fall the other night resulted in a bruised tailbone which is giving her alot of pain. Hopefully, she will be able to come home on the 27th if all goes well.
A special prayer for Des' little friends, little cats, as they are fighting bad virus condition. They couldn't be in better care than that of Des', but prayers would be welcomed, for them, and for Des.

A dear member of the Grape Vine has daughter who has lump in breast, and further testing going on... please pray that it's something that if cancerous, it is treatable at worst case, but hopefully find that nothing really is there to be concerned for.
PRAYERS INDEED: I would like to include all those who we will never know, that have acted in our behalf. CMKX or others. WE all want payment but I believe some have paid the ultimate price & probably more to follow. FREEDOM is expensive.
