History Behind the National Economic Security And Reformation Act (NESARA)



NESARA’s reformations are the main tools for implementing important US Supreme Court rulings made in January 1993 on several cases filed by farmers living in US Midwest and Mountain states areas against banks, specific government officials, certain judges, and others. Certain US Generals and Admirals were supportive of, and one General was co-plaintiff in, the Farmers’ Cases that went to the US Supreme Court. You may recall in the 1970’s and 1980’s there were news reports and documentaries about thousands of family farmers losing their farms to foreclosure. Willie Nelson has been doing Farm Aid concerts for years to help these farmers.



In the 1980’s some of the farmers investigated why there were so many bank foreclosures on their farms and discovered certain banks were fraudulently foreclosing on their farms. When these farmers turned to government officials for assistance and filed lawsuits against these banks, they learned certain government officials and judges were working in collusion with the banks. The farmers also learned that certain aspects of the current Federal Reserve banking system were unconstitutional and pursued their lawsuits through the Federal District Court in Denver and other locations. Some of the farmers involved in the lawsuits were harassed by the IRS and in turn investigated the IRS involvement with the bankers. After years of lawsuits, several of the farmers’ lawsuits reached the US Supreme Court including Baskerville and Foster v. Credit Bank of Wichita, Federal Land Bank, and First Interstate Bank of Fort Collins from the Denver Federal District Court. For simplicity, I call these cases at the US Supreme Court the "Farmers’ Cases".



In early 1993, the nine US Supreme Court judges ruled seven to two in favor of the farmers on all major issues including that the Federal Reserve Banking system was unconstitutional, that the US has been operating outside the Constitution since March 1933, that major reformations of government and our banking system are required, and that financial redress and remedies must be provided for financial losses due to bank fraud suffered by generations of Americans. The farmers involved certain very powerful US military Generals and Admirals in their cases. These Generals and Admirals made it clear to the US Supreme Court judges that they knew the farmers’ cases were righteous and watched in the courtroom as the US Supreme Court Judges heard the cases. The presence of the Generals and Admirals is why the majority of the judges felt they had to rule properly and in favor of the farmers. Because of the extraordinary nature of the necessary reformations, the Court sealed all court records and put all people directly involved under Non Disclosure agreements (gag orders) until the reformations are publicly and officially announced.



The Court had a duty to design and implement reformations to correct the injustices; therefore, the Court recruited experts in Constitutional Law, banking, economics, and monetary systems to work in task force groups to develop the needed reformations. During the two years these expert groups developed the reformations, irrefutable proof was provided to the US Supreme Court Judges that the 16th Amendment to the Constitution, the income tax amendment, had not been properly ratified. The Judges had no choice but to include abolishing income taxes in the reformations development process. It was also found that there had been a definite pattern of federal administrations and Congress ignoring the Constitution in laws passed since 1933. FDR took the US out of Constitutional Law when he declared a national banking emergency and amended the Trading with the Enemy Act in March 1933.



Constitutional Law experts working on government reformations determined that to end the pattern of blatant disregard for the Constitution, it would be necessary to require the sitting US administration and US Congress to resign when Constitutional Law is restored. Following completion of the development of the reformations, the Court appointed certain experts and others to a "committee" which has authority to manage the process of announcing and implementing the reformations.



Once the reformations were developed, the Court made half-hearted efforts to implement the reformations through an "Accords" agreement process with the Clinton administration. During that time, very little progress was made to implement the reformations. However quantities of the new US Treasury currency backed by gold were printed and shipped to certain banks in the US where the currency has sat in bank vaults for years awaiting the announcement of the reformations. When NESARA is announced, many more shipments of the new Treasury currency will be shipped to all banks in the US under guard by US military units.



During the years of the Accords process, the Court approved a "claims against the government process" (also known as Farm Claims or Bank Claims) which was meant to provide specific financial redress to Americans, however, various groups and individuals interfered with the claims process.



Finally in 1998, the powerful US military Generals and Admirals consulted with constitutional law experts regarding the lack of progress in getting the much-needed reformations implemented. The Generals, Admirals, and constitutional law experts all knew the US Supreme Court Judges were purposely stalling the reformations process. It was decided that the only other way to accomplish the crucial reformations was to compile all the needed reformations into a law and have the law passed by Congress. The National Economic Security And Reformation Act (NESARA) containing required reformations was submitted to Congress in 1999 where it sat with little action for almost a year. Late one evening in March 2000, a written quorum call was hand-delivered by Delta Force and Navy SEALs to only members of the US Senate and the US House who were sponsors and co-sponsors of NESARA. The members were immediately accompanied by the Delta Force and Navy SEALs to their respective voting chambers where they passed the National Economic Security And Reformation Act.



The National Economic Security And Reformation Act provides the following, some of which will take place immediately after the official announcement of NESARA which is to be televised live from Washington, DC:



1. Restores Constitutional Law in the USA.



2. Requires the current US administration to resign their positions to allow a fresh start at the national level and installs Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections can take place within six months. Bush and Cheney will be resigning and the Cabinet and Appointees by the President, and all members of Congress must resign within 72 hours of NESARA’s announcement.



3. NESARA US President Designate declares "peace" because NESARA abolishes unconstitutional states of emergency.



4. As partial remedy for 100 years of government and banking fraud, credit card balances are zeroed out and bank debt relief is given to Americans for bank loans including mortgages, car loans, education loans, business loans, and other bank debt. Banks will be paid $9000 per each credit card account with a balance; these funds were raised in special revenue generating activities in Europe. NESARA requires other bank debts be made self-liquidating loans and US banks are instructed to use new high revenue generating processes to pay off Americans’ bank loans.



5. Initiates the US Treasury Bank System with new U.S. Treasury currency backed by precious metals. The Federal Reserve is abolished and Federal Reserve facilities and most personnel are absorbed into the Treasury Bank System. We will be exchanging our Federal Reserve notes, which are not backed by gold, for the US Treasury currency which is backed by gold. Many bank personnel have already been trained on NESARA and the new currency is already in some banks’ vaults.



6. Abolishes Income Taxes in US and creates a national sales tax on new, non-essential items as revenue for government. Essential items such as food and medicine, and used items are exempt from the sales tax.



The NESARA law requires that a minimum of one time each year, there must be an effort made to announce NESARA. Three current US Supreme Court judges control the committee in charge of NESARA’s announcement. The Judges have used their overall authority to secretly sabotage NESARA’s announcement; thus each year NESARA has been blocked from being announced.



This is why NESARA has not been announced: the people with the overall authority to order NESARA’s announcement are, in fact, blocking NESARA.



Due to the gag order on NESARA, it is difficult for true NESARA supporters to learn exactly what has happened to stop NESARA from being announced.



Investigating details with hundreds of people has yielded exactly what needs to be done to resolve key issues and bring NESARA to announcement. After learning what the "problems" related to NESARA are, I’ve researched deeply to find the "solutions" and those people who can carry out the solutions and bring NESARA to announcement.

The Restore America Plan

Debt Forgiveness

When the true NESARA law is announced, the debt forgiveness of credit cards issued by U.S. banks is immediate. What I mean by immediate is that literally, the minute the formal announcement of credit card debt forgiveness is made, the U.S. banks are supposed to run special computer programs that instantly ZERO OUT all their credit card customers' accounts balances.

While these special programs are running in the banks' computers doing the zeroing out of the credit card accounts' balances, there may be a few hours time when people cannot use their credit cards. This will be discussed in the announcement so that all merchants and service providers who accept credit cards will know that credit card transactions will temporarily be unable to be processed.

The reason that credit card accounts balances must be zeroed out almost instantly once the debt forgiveness is announced is obvious: if there were any delay, people would rush out to put new charges on their credit cards. This is also why credit card transactions will briefly be delayed from processing as the zeroing out of balances is occurring.

Many of the major U.S. banks hired consultants from major consulting firms to design, develop, program and test their credit card accounts zeroing out computer programs. These special computer programs were tested and ready to be used in October 2000, over two years ago. These programs have continued to be sitting on the U.S. banks' computers waiting to be used when the true NESARA law is announced.

I did learn this week that executives of some U.S. banks have been considering purposely delaying running these computer programs to zero out their customers' credit card accounts when the true NESARA law is announced. These executives have the strange idea that this will somehow cause problems for NESARA.

However, there are MANY banks which will be doing the credit card debt forgiveness correctly, just as the true NESARA law requires. Because the credit card debt forgiveness is SUCH a BIG DEAL to Americans, all Americans with credit cards are going to be talking to their friends and family members about NESARA's amazing credit card forgiveness!

Therefore, if any U.S. bankers try to delay doing the NESARA credit card forgiveness, their customers will be talking to other people whose banks will be correctly doing the credit card forgiveness! Then, Americans will KNOW that some U.S. banks are doing the RIGHT things and Americans will also know WHICH banks are NOT doing the right things.

These U.S. banking executives, who are considering trying to cause problems with the NESARA credit card debt forgiveness, are either simple-minded or deluding themselves. I'm told that the executives at Citibank, Bank One, and First Union Bank are among the U.S. bankers who are deluding themselves into thinking they can get away with delaying the NESARA credit card debt forgiveness!

These banker boys are sadly mistaken. Americans will quickly realize that it is only CERTAIN BANKS who are trying to cause problems. Folks, when the true NESARA is announced, we can all be watchdogs on Citibank, Bank One, and First Union Bank and any other banks that fail to process the credit card debt forgiveness properly. There will numbers we can call to report such things. We can tell everyone that WE KNEW beforehand that the executives at these banks were going to try to scam Americans out of their rightful credit card debt forgiveness!

However, even if some banks try to delay the zeroing out of credit card balances, the White Knights will take over these banks and run the special zeroing out computer programs! The White Knights will arrest all bankers who helped try to delay these NESARA benefits to Americans!

The poll results indicate many of you want to know more about NESARA Debt Forgiveness. In a nutshell, I'm told that NESARA requires either OUTRIGHT FORGIVENESS of bank-related debts, such as credit card debt, or for the bank to change the `debt' into a "self-liquidating loan" which means the bank arranges to create revenue which automatically PAYS OFF the debt for the customer. Under NESARA, U.S. banks will have NEW ways, previously prohibited to U.S. banks, to create very large amounts of revenue very quickly; this is why the U.S. banks can easily do these kinds of debt forgiveness and self-liquidating loans.

I'm told that credit card debt forgiveness will mean the ZEROING OUT of all U.S. banks' credit cards held by people who live in the U.S. regardless of whether they are citizens or not. However, you must be a U.S. citizen/natural person/sovereign to receive the NESARA benefits which lift all financial institution mortgage debt and other bank-related debt from your shoulders. Mortgages before 1999 will, I'm told, be totally forgiven and people will receive the deeds to their property within a few months of the NESARA Announcement. I'm told those mortgages begun in 1999 and later will be changed into self-liquidating loans where the BANK PAYS OFF the mortgage and people will be informed of the approximate date when the mortgage will be paid off and when they will receive the deeds to their property. Mortgages, such as private party contracts, may have some kind of adjustments made, I'm told, to ensure that any "interest rates" are in alignment with the new banking and economic rules under NESARA. There are OTHER KINDS of loans which are related to banks and which will either be forgiven or turned into "self-liquidating" loans which the BANKS and financial organizations PAY OFF. Because the bank and federal government FRAUDS against our U.S. citizens are so extensive, MUCH of the debt we have will be LIFTED from us with NESARA's announcement.

I'm told that as of the NESARA Announcement, all credit card accounts in U.S. banks will be ZEROED OUT for U.S. citizens/natural persons/sovereigns and non-citizens. I'm told that as of the NESARA Announcement, ALL PAYMENTS on other bank-related debts will be SUSPENDED for some months and we will submit applications to the appropriate authorities to have these debts either forgiven or turned into self-liquidating loans. The NESARA Benefits for all mortgage and other bank-related debt are given only to U.S. citizens/natural persons/sovereigns. These NESARA debt forgiveness benefits apply whether the debts are in current, past due, or collections/ foreclosure status. I'm told the details of all these things will be covered in the NESARA Announcement and follow-up news conferences.

The end of the Internal Revenue Service

When NESARA is announced, every office of the IRS will be closed by White Knights Federal Marshals, with the exception of those areas in offices processing returns. Absolutely all collection processes or actions will end and IRS revenue officers will be terminated. Any tax payments made in the normal course of maintaining currency status with the IRS that are received after the announcement will be returned.

Established Taxpayer disputes for refunds will be honored, new disputes can be filed for up to 30 days after NESARA announcement.

Business transmittals such as Forms 940s and 941s, and the process for employees to obtain current year and last year refunds will be covered by the White Knight announcement. WITHHOLDING EMPLOYEE'S MONEY FOR STATE OR FEDERAL INCOME TAXES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED after the announcement.

ALL INCOME TAX WILL END. This includes State Income Tax as well. The tyranny of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OVER THE STATES WILL END WITH THE RETURN OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. The States will not have the precedent in Constitutional Law to continue Income Tax.

All individuals in prison for Income Tax related crimes will be exonerated and released.

Liberal unemployment benefits will be given to IRS employees and employees of other professions affected by the IRS closure, such as CPAs, accountants, tax attorneys, tax preparers etc. These benefits will include cross training and career counseling. Many IRS employees will become employed by the Treasury Dept in the National Sales Tax area.

Historical facts concerning the IRS
The Sixteenth Amendment, establishing the Internal Revenue Service, took effect on February 15, 1913. There is strong evidence that the Amendment was passed in the Legislatures of only 4 States and would therefore not be a legal Amendment. The current Code of Federal Regulations, (CFRs), shows that Title 26, the IRS Code, has not been enacted into "Positive" Law. NOR has Congress, Title 3. With the Amendment not being Legal, The President Designate can declare it null and void thus pulling the plug on the IRS. All litigation concerning this Amendment must reflect this fact and the legal remedies for damages administered.

NOTE; The Grace Commission formed by President Reagan reported that not one dime of the money collected by the IRS goes to pay for government services. With the exception of paying for IRS expenses, all of this money is paid to the owners of the FRB. The payment to the FRB goes first to interest and then to principle. The Federal Government is primarily run by borrowed money from the FRB.

Peace Declared

The new President Designee will declare "peace" and call home all aggressive military units throughout the world. This is not only a good thing but it is required for the Prosperity funding to take place. In a State of War, a nations banking system is altered to reflect the hostility to one or more Nations. Assets are often frozen, banking ties are severed and the normal flow of money is interrupted. With the new banking laws on both Federal and International levels, peace must reign between Nations in order for these new banking laws to take effect. Notice: Continuation of the National Emergency with Respect to Libya On January 7, 1986, by Executive Order 12543, President Reagan declared a national emergency to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States constituted by the actions and policies of the Government of Libya. On January 8, 1986, by Executive Order 12544, the President took additional measures to block Libyan assets in the United States. The President has transmitted a notice continuing this emergency to the Congress and the Federal Register every year since 1986.

The crisis between the United States and Libya that led to the declaration of a national emergency on January 7, 1986, has not been resolved. Despite the United Nations Security Council's suspension of U.N. sanctions against Libya upon the Libyan government's handover of the Pan Am 103 bombing suspects, Libya has not yet complied with its obligations under U.N. Security Council Resolutions 731 (1992), 748 (1992), and 883 (1993), which include Libya's obligation to accept responsibility for the actions of its officials and pay compensation.

Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency with respect to Libya. This notice shall be published in the Federal Register and transmitted to the Congress.

Resignation of President, Vice President, and All Elected Representatives of Congress

The office of the President and Vice President shall be temporarily filled by designees who will function until a new election is held within 90-120 days from announcement.

These designees will be drawn from the Constitutional line of succession to the Presidency.

The present Elected Officials represent a continuation of the fraud and deception of the past. The most current example is the Presidential Notice of the Continuation of the National State of Emergency, (and Martial Law) dated January 3, 2003, by President Bush. In this document he Noticed both houses of congress and sent it to the Federal Registry for notice to the nation as a whole. This "Notice" extends President Reagan's National State of Emergency declared in 1986, for one more year. This procedure continues the suspension of the Constitution and the continuation of Martial Law. Martial Law forms the basis upon which the Executive branch and all of it's agencies, bureaus, services and administrations conducts business. Martial Law also forms the basis upon which the present Admiralty Judicial system with it's "color of Law" exist as well. The entire legal system and the law enforcement community will be retrained in Constitutional Law. The present form of Government is more like an Elected Monarchy where there exists no balance of power and the President rules by executive orders.

New US Treasury Currency and Banks

The NESARA Law requires the US Treasury to issue new currency backed by precious metals (gold or silver). The exchange rate of Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) to US Treasury currency will be one to one. The White Knights have substantial amounts of Gold, more than enough to back the new currency at today's volume of FRNs in circulation. The new US Treasury paper currency bills are a different color for each denomination and have been dubbed "rainbow" currency. The Federal Reserve Banking system and many of it's employees will be absorbed into the Treasury Department. Certain Banks will become Treasury Banks and will be used to distribute the new Treasury currency. The minting of coins will continue to be controlled by the Treasury Dept.

The NESARA LAW creates a new set of Banking Laws that will introduce new and better ways for banks to make a profit. These banking laws will become international and will replace the present system. The International Monetary Fund banking system will be used for international banking transactions and will conform to the new banking laws. The US owns 51% of the IMF.

The White Knight economist will reestablish the price of most items to negate the past 70 years of inflation. Repricing schedules of 90% lower are expected. That means an item now costing $1.00 will have a new price of $.10 (ten cents). Wages and salaries will have a proportionate amount of changes as well. This devaluing will have the effect of raising our standard of living substantially. *For those who have cash savings, this will be a real windfall due to the fact that $1.00 cash pre-NESARA will then buy $10 worth of goods and services. As a source of additional income for the Federal Government the NESARA Law establishes a National Sales Tax. The tax is expected to be around 14% on non-essential "NEW" items only; No tax on food; A new house will be taxed, an old one will not.

The Federal Reserve Bank

The Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) will be declared Unconstitutional and the Act establishing it repealed. The FRB, a privately owned banking institution, was established illegally by a group of treasonous government officials and a group of international banking interests the largest of which is the House of Windsor Family of Great Britain. The FRB has virtually complete control of the monetary system of the United States of America. It creates money by simply printing it on a printing press and loans it to the Federal Government to spend. The Federal Government pays interest of 47 million dollars per day for the use of this fiat money (paper currency not backed by gold or silver). The Internal Revenue Service was established to collect and pay interest and principle to the FRB. The National Debt is OWED to the FRB. The establishment of the FRB came as a result of loans to the US Government being foreclosed on in 1933. The collateral for these foreclosed loans was the land of America and it's resources which included the people. The net result of the FRB issuing notes as legal tender instead of Constitutionally legal currency meant that a citizen could not "pay" a legal debt but could only "discharge" the debt. The international banking interests "own" all of our land, resources, and we the people. (The Yellow Stone National Park flies the flag of the United Nations.) They have done for decades and they will continue until NESARA is announced.

Hello folks,

Wednesday, I had the extreme pleasure, along with regan dwayne, of signing an order to the men and women who occupy the office of Governor of each of the incorporated States of the United States Federal Corporation, and a second order to the armed forces of the United States of America, restoring lawful governance of, by and for the sovereign People. What a tremendous pleasure to finally be in position to take back our country. The deed is done.

Yesterday, a day that will live in history, all such office holders were served with a warrant arresting their bonds, thus the de facto office of Governor has been re-absorbed into its de jure counterpart as an operation of law, and the occupants thereof are operating under the provisional de jure bond of the sovereign People. Most of the governors have been alerted to expect service.

Also yesterday, the armed force were served notice of the return of lawful sovereign (“civilian”) authority. And that the People have assembled as fifty well-regulated militias and reinhabited de jure grand juries in all American republics.

As of Monday, the presumption of authority by private corporate actors impersonating public officials under color of law is pre-empted by lawful “civilian” authority, effectively ending the era of illicit corporations posing as legitimate governments. Finally, the children are free.

Upon delivery, all parties will have been informed that the sovereign People have EXPRESSLY accepted their respective state constitutions and the Constitution for the United States of America, circa 1787, as BINDING CONTRACTS upon them.

They will be under orders to end state-sponsored terrorism against members of the sovereign People. They will be required to provide sovereign ID and passports. The governors have mere days to subscribe the new oath of office. They have been assured that the People do not intend to trespass on the rights of others to elect subject-class citizenship, thus ensuring a peaceful and non-violent transition. Our military public servants have been instructed to extend every reasonable effort to encourage repentance and forgiveness.

In light of concerns by the members of the De jure Grand Juries, and after discussions with some of the Elders, Tom assumed the role of lead contact for the armed forces and I had the honor of assuming the role of lead contact for the governors, Secretaries of State and Attorneys general for all of the republics. These were natural positions for both of us, and for which the Lord has groomed us with the richness of our lives’ experiences.

Rest assured, that when I am contacted by our public servants, I will undertake all necessary measures to ensure they comply with the People’s orders AS I WROTE THEM, not some backroom political perversion thereof, to cease the bogus prosecutions, provide sovereign ID and passports (beginning with the jurors whose information I have in my possession), adjust the crime databases to reflect sovereign immunity for those jurors, and assist me in emptying the prisons of political prisoners beginning with the families and friends of those jurors, and those “convicted” of tax-related “crimes.” It will be my highest duty to work closely with the Attorneys General to establish the criteria for assembling the lists of political prisoners per the orders. There will be no lawyerly dancing on these matters.

Folks, you have no idea the amount of work and devotion that was expended on behalf of your freedom this week, from preparing the final polished Declaration at this end, to regan’s soup-to-nuts handling of the monumental task of uniform, timely, professional presentment. While many still harbor fear for having signed the declaration of freedom, I personally view this as the most important signature of my life, fulfillment of prophesy. Had it been possible, I would have handed the document to each and every actor personally, looked him in the eyes and said, “Congratulations, welcome back to the brotherhood of man. You have three days to take the oath of office.”

Einstein observed that all great revolutions began as a single thought in the mind of an individual. He knew the capacity of men to manifest the word of the Lord, especially in America, a land founded by men of revolutionary spirit. This week the People, at the eleventh hour, on the brink of world chaos and destruction, have expanded Louis McFadden’s challenge into the last, best and only hope for freedom for all the world’s children from economic genocide. All we did was weave together the trail of great men of history, the cravings of the slaves in their filthy huts as they hugged their children, the desire in each of you to ensure your children are secure from the solicitations of pagan money predators, into a shining tapestry of liberty to stand until man no longer walks the earth. That is the importance of our mission.

I invite America to join me this Sunday night for an important discussion of events to come on TAKE NO PRISONERS on the Republic Broadcasting Network (8 PM, Sunday, March 28). The amount of perilous misinformation seems to be increasing daily such that jurors are likely to find themselves in serious jeopardy if they don;t remain true to the Plan, in my opinion as author of the Declaration. As many of you understand better than some of your leaders, YOU DID NOT JOIN THE GRAND JURIES TO BECOME LAWYERS AND CONSTITUTIONAL EXPERTS. That’s the sort of chasing-your-tail diversion U.S. Inc. has been using against you for years to distract you from the Lord and the enjoyment of life. Aren't you tired of becoming jailhouse lawyers? Be very careful about getting addicted at the expense of your families. Let the law serve you for a change, as it was intended.

YOU DID NOT JOIN THE GUARDIANS TO LEARN CORPORATE STATUTES, RULES OF EVIDENCE, GRAND JURY PROCEDURES and all the other false idols which exist to block your remedy and divert you to worshipping earthly kings.
The LAST place we would look for insight into a true grand jury is the incorporated de facto bar association mafia counsel masquerading as a grand jury for the purpose of stealing you blind. Why would we ever wish to emulate those monstrosities?

WE DO NOT WISH TO EMULATE DE FACTO GRAND JURIES OR COUNTY WE DO NOT WISH TO EMULATE DE FACTO GRAND JURIES OR COUNTY ASSEMBLIES. I will discuss this topic in detail on the broadcast. Jurors will want to listen carefully. It is my goal to ensure that every one of you enjoys your remedy and also remains safe. THE KEY IS TO UNLEARN THE BRAINWASHING, RATHER THAN RELEARN IT. That has always been our goal from the day I put pen to paper.

JURORS MUST AVOID GETTING SEDUCED BY PROCESS AND BECOMING THE VERY BEAST THEY HAVE GROWN TO DESPISE. While I can't possibly bring you up to speed on our months of private negotiations and discussions, I
can tell you with certainty that the founding Elders did NOT intend to create a permanent fourth branch of government. To think otherwise is to not yet understand the Plan. The Declaration was written on two levels. Now would be a good time to really give it a read from a broader perspective.

Folks, the Constitution is but a tool to secure the allegiance of the sleeping masses to the restoration of God’s law on this earth. Sadly, hundreds of millions of people need such idols as the source of their rights. With his "elixir of life" and positive thinking he never aged at all.

Comte de Saint Germain was noted for rubbing elbows with the monarchies. Many of which commented on his elaborate shoes stubbed with $40,000 diamonds and pearls. No one knew the source of his income. Then around 1727 he shared his secret money making techniques to certain German bankers in hopes that they would use the money to help humanity. Using his techniques, they along with the monarchies choose to squander the money for themselves. Even to this day, these bankers have continued to keep this knowledge secret.

Eventually Saint Germain realized the money was never going to be used for benevolent purposes so he pulled his money out and in 1729 he put it into his own "World Trust." At the founding of the trust it was stipulated that this money would be released in the year 2000.

Bank Roll Programs

Around the turn of the century, the children of robber barons, and "banksters" began to see the error in their parent's evilness and their use of wealth. These 100 children are known as "wealthy visionaries". Together they invested some of their families money into secret money roll programs, to be used for humanitarian purposes.

The bank roll programs, allow wealthy investors to make insane profits by ripping off the assets and resources from third world nations. The profits from these programs are utterly astronomical as monthly returns can be in excess of 1:100,000 and 1:500,000. The name "roll programs" comes from a method of rolling money over and over in short periods of time. At the end of each cycle investors then reinvest or "roll" the principle and interest earned over into the next cycle. In the late 1990's the bank roll programs finally ceased.

Money earned from these bank roll programs became known as the "Prosperity Programs" Over time the programs where secretly opened up to small investors so that one could invest as little as one hundred dollars at a time. These small amounts where handled by trustees, who collected the money and kept records, and combined the small investments into the large amount, let's say, one million dollars, that was required in order to enter a "roll".

The news of these programs spread by word of mouth and especially via multi-level marketers. Thousands of people invested and great wealth was generated, but little, if anything was ever paid back to the investors. Trustees such as Clyde Hood and Mike Kadoski where sent to jail under false charges. Then corruption, greed, and fraud became wide spread among the bankers, government, and even some trustees who wanted to steal the money for themselves.

Even the Bush family had their hands in the pot, using Promis Software they could transfer stolen funds without being traced. Many have died because of this wealth, but God has another plan for humanity.

The time has now come to release these Prosperity Funds and the funds from Saint Germain's, World Trust. This money will be used to buy out all oil corporations, banks, pharmaceutical cartels, and zero out all debt. 250 years of compound interest has mushroomed the World Trust into a net worth in excess of one quattuordecillion dollars, or $1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000.

That's 1 with 40 zeros behind it. This is enough money to buy a gold cube the size of the orbit of Saturn. So astronomical most people will not believe it!

The money from the World Trust will be distributed in the following manner.

Level One -- World Trust.

This is under the trusteeship of Master St. Germain. At his direction The World Trust can only be activated for payout at only two times during any given year, Easter and Christmas. At St. Germain's orders the World Court activates the funding process. This process continues down through the four lower levels of trusts to the people, and under certain conditions the funding window remains open until the next holiday funding window begins. For example, if the Easter window is activated, the window can remain open until December 24, the day before Christmas, at which time it closes. The window remains open only if significant funds are moved to certain designated trusts during a set period of time. If not, the funding window is closed when such deadlines are not met.

Level Two --

These are the 180 Royal Trusts under the control of trustees in various sovereign countries. Examples are The French Trust, The Russian Trust, and the Vatican Trust.

Level Three --

These are the Family Trusts under the control of trustees of the world's wealthiest families. Examples are Bronfman, Warburg, Morgan, Rothschild, and Rockefeller.

Level Four --

These are the 250 plus Corporate Trusts under the control of trustees from powerful companies and corporations. Examples are General Electric, Lockheed, General Motors, Boeing, Carnegie, Ford, Marriott and AT&T. There are 4-5 trustees per trust which means that approximately 1200 trustees must sign documents to move money through these trusts.

Level Five --

These are the Prosperity Program Trusts which represent the various 70-75 bank roll programs which are under the control of designated program trustees. Again, there are 4-5 trustees per trust or some 350 persons who must sign documents to activate these trusts. Some examples include Bergevene, SBC, ITI, Savage, Morgan, Omega, and Freedom. The largest trust is Freedom and it must be funded first. It is these trust's that hold the wealth from the enlightened robber baron children.

Then finally the funds will be released to the common man.

As the funds pass through each trust, the trustee must use only certain designated "safe" banks and sign the proper documents with only certain designated banking personnel at those banks. Should this process be activated and then be stalled by deceitful bankers, deceitful trustees, etc. and the deadlines for funding to reach certain trusts are not met, the funding window is then closed. This is the problem members of the Bush family are blocking the release of these funds.

NESARA

Change is on the horizon, and it begins with NESARA.

There is much disinformation on the Internet pertaining to this law. Sources such as quatloos.com which is a CIA front, nesara.org which is owned by the Bush family, the 33rd Zion Lodge, the NSA, Sherry Shriner, and various Internet channeling's straight out of CIA Langley have been spouting much disinformation and confusion on the subject.

The information on the Wikipedia even has its facts wrong.

Wikipedia gives you the history of Harvey Barnard NESARA law. If you look closely this law it stands for National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, which would reform the economy and replace the income with a national sales tax.

This law was rejected by congress in the 1990's. However there is another NESARA law on the books.

This NESARA, stands for the National Economic Security and Reformation Act. It's the most ground breaking reformation to sweep not only this country but our planet in its entire history. The act does away with the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, the secret government, and much more.

History of NESARA

To understand NESARA's origins we must go back to the early years of the American Republic. Ever since England lost her most prized jewel the "American Colonies," the royal crown was looking for ways to take back what was once theirs. The pioneers of our new republic knew the threat that faced the young nation. To ensure its survival a nobility amendment was passed to prevent anyone who had loyalties to the crown from holding public office. The 13th Amendment was approved by congress and the House of Representatives in 1810. It was ratified by all the necessary states into law on March 12, 1819. It reads as follows.

13th Amendment

If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain, any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

This amendment was unacceptable for the British crown because this would essentially cut of all meddling into the affairs of the new republic's government. It would also mean anyone who is a member of the BAR (Lawyer) association would not be allowed to hold public office. Remember the B.A.R. is short for the British Accredited Registry. This amendment is technically still in effect today and therefore all the laws that have been made by lawyers remains unconstitutional, as they are not allowed to be US citizens.

This is why England fought in a war with us in 1812. Washington D.C. was burned to the ground and the original documents which proved this was indeed a law were destroyed. The British monarchy knew the American people would never tolerate British rule again, so they offered back the republic to the people with one exception, the 13th amendment was to be removed from the constitution. Nearly 200 years have now since passed, we have been conquered and yet we don't know it.

Then we had the civil war which was really about the Rothschild family trying to gain control of the south's cotton industry. Then we had the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which put America into slavery. Finally in the early 1990's we started to see a change.

NESARA

The beginnings of NESARA takes us back to the early 1970's when the banks where foreclosing on farmers mortgages all over the United States. The Willie Nelson "Live Aid" concerts were one of the fund raisers that helped these farmers. The farmers soon realized the banks where not only charging exorbitant and illegal amounts of interest, but they where illegally foreclosing on their homes.

When these farmers began to seek legal action against the banks they soon realized that the government and banks where working in collusion with each other. So in the early 1990's, they sought the help of the Farmers Union and did in depth research on all the banks illegal activities. A series of lawsuits where initiated against the banks and the government. Over 336,000 Farm Claims filed for fraud against the U.S. Federal Government with an average of $20 million dollars per claim. This amounts to $6.6 trillion total.

In retaliation the banks and the government sent the IRS against the farmers. When the farmers realized they where being unfairly targeted by the IRS they began looking for ways to fight back. They requested help from military generals such as General Ray Swasinger, to sit in the court room to ensure the bribed judges would vote according to constitutional law.

These court cases ran up and down various state and federal courts from 1970's till the 1990's. Then in 1992-1993, the farmers appealed their case to the US supreme court. Almost unanimously the U.S. Supreme Court Justices ruled that the Farmers Union claims were VALID and that the U.S. federal government and the banks had seriously defrauded the farmers, and all U.S. citizens, out of vast sums of money and property. Furthermore the court ruled the shocking truth that the IRS and the Federal Reserve where unlawful, that the income tax amendment was never ratified by the US states, and that the US government had illegally foreclosed on farmers homes with the help of federal agencies. Irrefutable proof of such was presented by a retired CIA agent. He provided testimony and records of the banks illegal activity, to lead further evidence that the Farmers' Union claims were legitimate.

The Justices recognized that to remedy this situation, massive reformations would be required.

Now, when rulings are made by the U.S. Supreme Court, one or more Justices are assigned to monitor the progress on how the rulings are carried out. In this case, five Justices were assigned to a committee to develop steps to implement required government and banking reformations. As the Justices went about developing the required reformations they enlisted the help of experts in economics, monetary systems, banking, Constitutional government and law, and many other related areas. The Justices built coalitions of support and assistance with thousands of people worldwide; these thousands of people working to bring us NESARA have been named "White Knights".

This term "White Knights" was borrowed from the world of big business hostile takeovers. It refers to how a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. This term is a most accurate term for these "White Knights" are working behind the scenes to stop the madness.

After the trial, the damages process name was changed to Bank Claims. From 1993 through 1996, U.S. citizens filed Bank Claims against the banks and the federal government through the U.S. Treasury Department to obtain payment for the damages as specified by the U.S. Supreme Court. (This process CLOSED in 1996.)

Gag Order

Due to the ground breaking changes required, an extremely strict gag order was placed on everyone, directly involved and the court case records. Anyone who broke this gag order would receive the death penalty. Furthermore all court records where sealed until after all the reforms are completed. To maintain this secrecy, the case details for the docket number assigned to the Farmers' Union case were changed.

As a result doing a search for this case will fail to reflect the correct information until after the reformations are made public.

At every step of the process, anyone directly involved has been required to sign an agreement to keep the U.S. Supreme Court's process of implementing the required reformations "secret", or face charges of Treason which are punishable by death. This gag order was placed on all media personnel, government officials, and bank employees. This is why Alex Jones or TV news anchors will not talk about this on air. Nor will wikipedia tell you the truth behind the law. Nor will Sherry Shriner who is nothing more than a CIA stooge. Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone, was about to break the gag order, but before he could his small passenger plane crashed killing his wife, daughter, and himself.

Accords

To implement the required changes, the five Justices spent years negotiating how the reformations would occur. These agreements , known as "Accords" where made with the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve Bank owners, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and with numerous other countries including the United Kingdom and countries of the Euro Zone.

The U.S. banking system reformations require the Federal Reserve Bank system be absorbed by the U.S. Treasury Department and the banks' fraudulent activities stopped. Plus remedies will need to be made to U.S. citizens for past harm due to fraud. The U.S. banking reformations will impact the entire world and therefore the IMF, World Bank, and other countries had to be involved.

As the years began to pass, the military generals who originally helped the farmers soon realized that the government had no intentions of implementing the "Accords." So, the Justices authorized the reformations be put into the form of a 75 page document known as the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA).

NESARA implements the following changes;

1. Zeros out all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities
2. Abolishes income tax
3. Abolishes IRS; creates 14% flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government
4. Increases benefits to senior citizens
5. Returns Constitutional Law to all our courts and legal matters.
6. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA's announcement
7. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups
8. Creates new US Treasury currency, "rainbow currency," backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals
9.. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law
10. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System
11. Restores financial privacy
12. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law
13. Ceases all aggressive, US government military actions worldwide
14. Establishes peace throughout the world
15. Initiates first phase of worldwide prosperity distribution of vast wealth which has been accumulating for many decades. Every American citizen over the age of 21 will receive $100,000 a month for 11 years. The law requires that the farmers claims to be paid first before the general public receives funds. Remember, these funds will come from the Level 5 Trust, bank roll programs.
16. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes
17. Enables the release of new technologies such as free energy devices, pollution cleanup, and sonic healing machines.

This law was passed secretly on March 9, 2000 by Congress. It was voted on by seven members congress, which where the only ones constitutionally allowed to hold office. This is because the nobility amendment prevents anyone with ties to the crown from holding office.

Plus, NESARA requires all congress members to resign immediately, so all the corrupt members of congress refused to vote. From its very inception Bush Snr., the false congress, and major bank houses, and the Carlyle group opposed NESARA. Secrecy was maintained by revising the official congressional registry. The details of the bill number for NESARA were revised to reflect a commemorative coin and revised again more recently.

Our members of congress will not tell us any of this because they have been ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court Justices to "deny" the existence of NESARA or face charges of Treason punishable by death; and some members of Congress have actually been charged with "obstruction" and threatened with Treason charges. Therefore, all members of Congress pretend that NESARA has not been passed in order to comply with the Justices' gag order. This why there are no public Congressional Records!

The unelected cloned President Bill Clinton and his puppet masters, had no interest in signing NESARA into law. So, the military generals enlisted the help of the elite Naval Seals and the Delta Force. Together they stormed the White House and under gunpoint forced Bill Clinton to sign NESARA into law. This occurred on October 10, 2000.

Before NESARA is announced to the public it is stipulated that the original farm claims must be paid out first in with gold or precious metals backed currency as stipulated by the constitution. Therefore they cannot be paid in Federal Reserve notes which is not money anyway. The $6.6 trillion is to be distributed in the form of ATM debit cards from the new gold back US Treasury system. This money will come from the bank roll programs originally set up by benevolent illuminati families. The only catch is to release these funds they must first be released by Goldman Sacs and Bank of America which are owned by the Rockefeller and Bush cabals.

To prevent the funds from being released the banking documents, which contains instructions on how to access the funds, are being transported 24/7 between warehouses in Charlotte, NC and Washington D.C. The drivers of these Fed Ex trucks are heavily bribed and many of are afraid of reprisals from the Bush family if they deliver their payload as required by law.

One time when these packets where returned to Washington D.C., Bush placed them under military guard. Federal judges ordered him to release the funds, G.W. Bush replied. "You will never receive these packages, they belong to me". The judge answered "I can do no more, he is President of the U.S."

The news media were called and refused to film the guards saying "He is the President and we are afraid of what he will do." (code for we also work for the Illuminati)

This has been going on for some time, so the IMF, and World Bank got together along with the Rothschild family to set up a new global banking system backed by gold. This will ultimately kill the Federal Reserve System which is worthless fiat money. It was approved by congress on September 19, 2007. On October 19, 2007, at midnight the U.S. treasury of the Republic went on-line with the Global Banking System. The next step is announcing this to the public, but it's not an easy task to do.

Many powerful groups have tried to stop the announcement and implementation of the NESARA law. 18 months after NESARA became law, the Justices had the current Congress pass resolutions "approving" NESARA on September 9, 2001.

On September 10, 2001 George Bush Sr. moved into the White house to steer his son on how to block the announcement.

The next day NESARA was set to be announced at 10 a.m. EDT on September 11, 2001.

9/11 Attacks

Groups opposing NESARA arranged for the attacks to occur on 9/11 to keep NESARA from being announced.

Just before the announcement, Bush Snr. ordered the demolition of World Trade Center to stop the international banking computers on floors one and two, in the North Tower from initiating the new U.S. Treasury Bank system.

George Bush Snr decapitated any hopes of returning this government back to the people. Despite the fact the Bush family was to be paid off $300 trillion dollars to cooperate with NESARA, they choose instead to maintain control over us.

Ultimately in the end the Bush's will end up with nothing.

Without a gold backed treasury system our country is headed to economic collapse, and eventual civil war.

Logistics of 9/11

We are all familiar with the official story of September 11th: Four jetliners where hijacked by groups of four and five Arabic men armed with box cutters, who flew three of the four jets into the Twin Towers and Pentagon. The World Trade Center weakened by the fires collapsed into piles of rubble. Later that afternoon, the 47 story Building 7, collapsed due to fire (a fact which most people are unaware of).

The FBI had compiled a list of hijackers within three days, and so it was obvious that Osama bin Laden had masterminded 9/11 from caves in Afghanistan. With that in mind there was no need to seriously investigate 9/11. The problem is when one investigates the conflicts of interest and red flags we find a long series of improbable coincidences.

It is standard operating procedure (SOP) to scramble a jet fighter whenever an airliner goes off course or radio contact is lost. Between September 2000 and June 2001, interceptors where scrambled 67 times. In 2000 jets where scrambled 129 times. The air traffic control system continuously monitors air traffic and notifies NORAD of all deviations. NORAD is responsible for monitoring, air and space traffic continuously, and is prepared to act immediately to threats and emergencies. It has the authority to order units from the Air National Guard, the Air Force and other armed services in pursuit of airliners in trouble.

With this in mind what would cause the massive breakdown in the chain of command?

According to the Pentagon, NORAD was conducting a mock terrorist drill on 9/11, this is why they where unable to scramble jets in time. This seems to conflict with Secretary of Transportation, Norman Mineta's testimony before the 9-11 Commission. He reports that at the time of the attacks both Dick Cheney and himself was in the Presidential Emergency Operations Command Center. Norman recalled an officer coming in every few minutes to question the Vice President if NORAD should continue to stand down and not shoot the airplanes out of the sky.

"During the time that the airplane was coming into the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President...the plane is 50 miles out...the plane is 30 miles out....and when it got down to the plane is 10 miles out, the young man also said to the vice president "do the orders still stand?" And the Vice President turned and whipped his neck around and said "Of course the orders still stand, have you heard anything to the contrary!??"

The airplanes which flew into the twin towers where military aircraft as no normal 747 could maneuver the way they did. Remember the hijackers nearly flunked out of flight school, how are they able to maneuver an airplane in such a way even expert pilots could not. These planes were most likely flow using autopilot because all 5 planes had their black box in flight recorders turned off at the same time. The recorder is turned off when the Airborne Warning and Control System takes over the craft.

The Planes where controlled using the U.S. Air Force's "QRS11 Triaxial Remote Guidance System" called "JPALS." Essentially it's a "gyro on a chip." It uses GPS satellite technology and electronics implanted in the Boeing aircraft allowing them to be controlled remotely.

The truth is the September 11th attacks where carried out using remote processes. It was planned out by a CIA unit of 100 people (Aquarius?) in August of 2001. This group carried out the attacks and staged the so-called cell phone calls purported to be from passengers on the commercial airlines by using voice impersonation technology and other remote technologies. This same CIA group also created the conspiracy story of 19 Arab hijackers, many of whom where either dead or in jail in the middle east.

As for the airline passengers on 9/11, they where probably gassed aboard their plane and then sent to either the Amtrak facility in Kansas City, Kansas or the FEMA crematorium in Terra Haute, ID to be incinerated.

Explosions in WTC

The official NIST's (National Institute of Standards and Technology) investigation is often cited as proving the theory that planes and fires caused the collapses. Yet the report fails to mention how the buildings could collapse due to fire without a historical precedent of any steel framed skyscraper collapsing other than a controlled demolition. In the entire report only two sentences in a half page section gives us hints as to what really happened. This troublesome issue is avoided by placing them outside the scope of its investigation, claiming that "global collapse" was "inevitable" after the "initiation of collapse."

A striking distinction of the World Trade Center collapse was the pulverization of the concrete into dust and gravel before it hit the ground. This can been seen in videos which show the towers mushrooming into vast clouds as they fall, leaving only twisted pieces of steel and no large pieces of concrete. While the building is collapsing you can see puffs of smoke exploding each floor out in a timed demolition. These puffs of smoke are called Sprites; which explode outward 10 to 15 floors below the rubble as the building collapses. This would suggest the detonators where on a timed circuit set to go off in a controlled manner. This also explains why the building collapsed in a free fall. An unobstructed freefall using Newtonian physics would be 6 seconds. Logic would dictate as the building collapsed the floors below it would reduce the speed, however the World trade center collapsed in 7 seconds. All of this make s sense especially when you consider the testimony from the firefighters. They reported hearing bombs going off but the media ignored their testimony. Even Columbia Observatory recorded minute explosions on their seismograph, moments prior to the collapse.

William Rodriguez who worked as a janitor reported hearing explosions in the basement just moments prior to the airplane colliding into the world trade center. Hilary Clinton promised him a high position in her government if he remained silent about this. Instead he refused, even today the media continue to ignore and distort his testimony.

Prior to 9/11, no steel building had ever collapsed due to fire. There is no way Jet fuel could burn hot enough to melt the steel in the WTC, this is because steel melts at 2,700 degrees Fahrenheit, and Jet fuel burns at 1,800. Even if the beams buckled it wouldn't cause them to melt with the fire proofing protection. The truth is the fire burned around 700 degrees and was about to extinguish itself. This can be confirmed by the black smoke which occurs in an oxygen deprived fire. There is no way the fires could have burned as hot as the government claims especially when the videos show people sitting at the edge of the impact hole waiting to be rescued.

Furthermore, Steven Jones, professor of physics at Brigham Young University found that the rubble had evidence of evaporated steel, and thermite which is used in controlled demolitions. In order for steel to evaporate it would require temperatures in excess of 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Even three weeks after the world trade collapsed their where still areas of rubble which where so hot fire fighters could not go near it. Maybe this explains why the government was so eager to ship all the "evidence", I mean ruble to China and South Korea. This was crime scene, and by removing the evidence the government violated crime scene laws. Oddly enough the company which was given the task to do this was none other than "Controlled Demolition Inc." Its funny thing you know with all this "heat." How come the terrorist's passports which linked Al-Qaeda to the attacks failed to burn in the inferno as claimed by the government?

So now the question is how did those explosives get into the building without anyone noticing it? On the weekend of 9/8 and 9/9 there was a 'power down' condition in the south tower. For 36 hours there was no electrical supply from the 50th floor and up. This would mean there would be no security cameras, security locks on doors. Maintenance workers reported seeing 'engineers' coming in and out of the building, and the sound of heavy objects moving around on floors which where supposed to be unoccupied. Even more red flags are raised when one considers the fact that bomb sniffing dogs patrols where halted on September 6, 2001. So who allowed this to happen?

Securacom (later renamed Stratesec ) was responsible for the security of the WTC complex. Marvin Bush, G.W's brother was on the board of directors. Isn't it odd that he has never been investigated especially considering Securacom was also in charge of security for United Airlines, and Dulles International Airport, the same place where the reported hijackers boarded there planes.

Building 7

Building 7 was the third building to collapse on 9/11 according to the government fires leveled the building. The only problem with this is, fires have never leveled a steel skyscraper before. The team that investigated the collapse was kept away from the crime scene; by the time their report was published in May 2002 the evidence had been destroyed.

Building 7 had a number of fires of limited extent and unknown duration before the total collapse at 5:20 PM. Official reports assume the debris from the North Tower ignited the fire at 10:29 A.M. FEMA's report blamed the collapse primarily on fires, though it was inconclusive. NIST suggested it was cause by severe structural damage. However other skyscraper fires exhibited more extensive burns and longer lasting than Building 7, but none of these other buildings collapsed.

From the video evidence, it is clear building 7 collapsed in a controlled demolition type manner. Even the owner of the WTC complex, Larry Silverstein admitted to this fact in 2002 on PBS,

"I remember getting a call from the...fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire. And I said, 'We've had such terrible loss of life. Maybe the smartest thing to do is pull-it.' And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse."

Pulling is a term used in controlled demolitions. Now it takes weeks of planning and installation of detonators for a successful controlled demolition. How could all these detonators be conveniently in place unless Silverstein had foreknowledge the attacks would occur? Perhaps this explains why he bought a 99 year insurance policy worth $7 billion months prior to the attack. The truth is the world trade center was loaded with asbestos. It would have cost much more than $7 billion to take the building apart piece by piece to remove the stuff. So not only is it cheaper to do a controlled demolition Larry Silverstein made money from it too!

Buildings which where much closer to the World Trade center sustained more damaged yet did not collapse due to fire. So how is it that Building 7 which was two buildings away from the North Tower, developed these fires when it wasn't hit with a plane. Maybe this can be answered when we look at who has the most to gain from the destruction of this building.

The following are the prime suspects in the 9/11 collapse.

In WTC 7, the SEC was storing thousands of files related to pending Wall Street investigations on companies such as Enron and Worldcom. Conveniently these document where destroyed when the building collapsed. Other tenants in WTC7, include the IRS, CIA, Secret Service, FBI, and Department of Defense. Building Seven also served as the command center for the security of the entire WTC complex, which was headed by the President's brother, Marvin Bush, whose contract ended "coincidentally" on 9/11. It was also host to then Mayor Rudy Giuliani's Office of Emergency Management command center. This was built on the 23rd floor, in 1998 as a "bunker" for emergences such as 9/11. It had bullet and bomb-resistant windows, its own water and air supply, the ability to withstand 160 mph winds, and a full commanding view of the entire WTC complex. Interestingly, on 9/11 Giuliani didn't bother to put the center to use, even though that's what it was built for. He decided instead, to set up a makeshift command center down the street.

Isn't it strange that the official 9/11 commission report, choose to omit any reference to building seven. What else are they hiding from us?

What happened to the debris from flight 93 in Pennsylvania? It was mysteriously missing, with the only evidence left, a 15 foot hole in the ground. The truth is flight 93 was intended to hit Camp David. If you go to YouTube you can hear the actual sound bites from the new networks which announce flight 93 hit Camp David. Seriously folks, 9/11 was totally scripted that day. Camp David was targeted by our government because it was the anniversary of the "Camp David accords." Which was the 1978 Israeli-Egypt peace treaty, (Israel is actually a state within the United States so it's really the US-Egypt peace treaty.) By blaming the Muslims it would have given our government another excuse to bomb the Middle East.

Why was their no investigation in the put options on American Airlines stock? Why was members of the bin laden family flown out of the country on 9/11 when all other planes where grounded? Where did the missing $700 million dollar stash of gold stored under the WTC complex disappear too? The questions go on and on. The government will not answer them because they are at fault. The sleepers in the media will not tell us the truth, as many of the major news networks have been paid off to lie to the American people. Its all about the money!

Pentagon

There is no way a 124 foot wide Boeing 757 airplane could fit into a hole 15-18 feet wide. So what hit the pentagon if it wasn't a passenger airplane? Unfortunately the government confiscated most evidence covering up what happened. After the impact, pentagon officials confiscated 80 video cameras which where focused on the pentagon, and eyewitnesses had to sign nondisclosure agreements. To date only one of these videos has been released and this video is only 4 frames. All we can conclude from the video is a blurry metal bogey of some sort hit the pentagon. It is safe to rule out a 757, because such a large aircraft flying at 450 mph would literally be torn apart from turbulence created while flying under 60 feet in altitude.

The truth is Bush ordered the destruction of the Pentagon building to prevent this country from returning back to constitutional law. Remote pilot technology was used to fly a small white private plane loaded with explosives into the Pentagon at the exact location of the White Knights in their new Naval Communications Center. At the time they where coordinating activities supporting NESARA's implementation nationwide.

Al-Qaeda

Every time Bush says we are in a war against terrorism, the terrorists they are referring to are not Al-Qaeda, THE TERRORISTS ARE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! Patriot Acts I and II will eventually take away basic constitutional liberties such as a trial by jury and search warrants. Further more anyone who tries to cash their refund from the NESARA trust funds are arrested under the Patriot Act and Homeland Security Gestapo. When one takes a closer look at the secret memos and executive orders the intent of the elite is clear. We are now living in a police state just like our Nazi leaders have always planned for us.

The Bush family and the Bin Laden family are in fact best friends. They where both business partners in Saudi Oil and members of the Carlye Group. According to Patrick Bellringer, the Bush family was protecting Bin Laden. He checked into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN prior to September 11, 2001 seeking medical treatment for his kidney problems. The hospital gave him and his family a floor unto themselves for privacy. He later died on December 26, 2001 from kidney (renal) failure and lung complication. The big lie by the US government is to keep the people believing there are terrorists out there to get us. It's hard to have a War on Terrorism, if there are no terrorists! Furthermore the media refuse to investigate how a dying man can survive on a dialysis machine in remote Pakistani caves for over six years.

When you analyze the video footage, the seismic data, and eyewitness accounts the government's conspiracy theory just does not make sense. This fictional story has given Bush an excuse to send the U.S. Military to Afghanistan, Iraq, and create Patriot Act I and II. Now you know why on 9/11, Bush Jr. sat in a classroom reading a children's book about a pet goat for seven minutes, as if this epic cosmic tragedy was no big deal.

Now our country remains at war and the media covers up the amount of body bags coming out of Iraq. Nor do they report the real death totals on 9/11. The actual death count is 30,700. No one questions the insanely small numbers given out by the government because New York City is a large place; people who have lost loved ones do not make contact with others who have died in 9/11. So they have no way of knowing how many truly died, especially when their government lies to them. The following death totals comes from the Pleiadian Commander in Chief Hatonn (more on who he is later.)

Several people, including a direct envoy from the Chinese Politburo and a member of the British Royal family have told me a similar tale of imminent change. The gist of all their stories is that soon vast amounts of new government-controlled funding will become available and that the Federal Reserve Board and the Internal Revenue Service will be dismantled.

We have been disappointed before but there is enough information now available, even on the corporate propaganda media outlets, to make it clear we are reaching the end game.

Among the bits of evidence we find Japan, China and Russia not only not buying new Treasury bills but actively reducing their holdings. We also find the world’s central banks are no longer buying T-bills either.

Then we have China announcing they will have a trade deficit in March. That sounds like bad news for China but in fact is due to their increasing their imports of commodities from around the world by 80% year on year. This is part of their strategy to take down fiat dollars by refusing to buy anything but real stuff with their own hard-earned dollars.

Anybody with basic math skills can figure out, after looking at this chart from the St. Louis Federal Reserve Board:

that the only reason the US has not experienced hyper-inflation is because all those trillions of dollars the Feds have created since September 2008 are not being honored as valid currency by the rest of the world and even most of the US banking system.

On top of this you have over a dozen US states (and soon a lot more) suing the Federal Government claiming the Obama health-care law is un-constitutional. Most states have also now passed laws denouncing many D.C. power grabs as un-constitutional.

The British have also thrown down the gauntlet at D.C. by demanding that Bush era Vice-President Cheney, Secretary of State Rice and “Defense” Minister Rumsfeld all testify in front of a Parliamentary enquiry into the legality of the Iraq war.

Even the most brainwashed people out there will also notice the Euro and the European Union are falling apart. Basically, the hard working and frugal Germans and Nordic peoples are refusing to subsidize the Mediterranean countries. The “Greek” crisis is really the death knell for the Soviet style EU because the Mediterranean countries have no viable alternative to issuing their own currency. The Euro is going to end up as a German/Nordic successor to the Deutschemark.

Of course, it is not over until the fat lady sings and until we see the propaganda media organs shut down and the Washington D.C. criminals put in their place, we need to keep our powder dry and stay fully alert for any tricks or terror they may try to pull off.

High finance is not at all like what most people imagine it to be

Having spent a 25-year career as a financial and business journalist, I was very surprised indeed when I finally began to understand how high finance really works. Most people (including me for most of my career) thinks of serious people in pin-striped suits checking to make sure each comma in a document meets compliance standards when they imagine finance. The fact is that such people are merely technical servants. At the very top of the financial world (at least in the West) you find oligarchs and gangsters. In other words if you do not have serious protection in the way of goons and spies and gangsters, you are not going to last very long before you are killed and your money is seized.

People at the BIS (Bank for International Settlements) constantly have to deal with high level thugs of the worst sort if they want to do any transaction. Their rule is “leave your goons and guns at the door and come in alone if you want to do business with us.”

So, if you really want to understand high finance, just look at who controls the biggest group of goons. In other words, the people who run the CIA, MI6, the KGB, the Pentagon etc. are the people in charge of finance. All that stuff about compliance and ethics is for the servants. At the top, it is the law of the jungle that rules.

Wednesday, I had the extreme pleasure, along with regan dwayne, of signing an order to the men and women who occupy the office of Governor of each of the incorporated States of the United States Federal Corporation, and a second order to the armed forces of the United States of America, restoring lawful governance of, by and for the sovereign People. What a tremendous pleasure to finally be in position to take back our country. The deed is done.

Yesterday, a day that will live in history, all such office holders were served with a warrant arresting their bonds, thus the de facto office of Governor has been re-absorbed into its de jure counterpart as an operation of law, and the occupants thereof are operating under the provisional de jure bond of the sovereign People. Most of the governors have been alerted to expect service.

Also yesterday, the armed force were served notice of the return of lawful sovereign (“civilian”) authority. And that the People have assembled as fifty well-regulated militias and reinhabited de jure grand juries in all American republics.

As of Monday, the presumption of authority by private corporate actors impersonating public officials under color of law is pre-empted by lawful “civilian” authority, effectively ending the era of illicit corporations posing as legitimate governments. Finally, the children are free.

Upon delivery, all parties will have been informed that the sovereign People have EXPRESSLY accepted their respective state constitutions and the Constitution for the United States of America, circa 1787, as BINDING CONTRACTS upon them.

They will be under orders to end state-sponsored terrorism against members of the sovereign People. They will be required to provide sovereign ID and passports. The governors have mere days to subscribe the new oath of office. They have been assured that the People do not intend to trespass on the rights of others to elect subject-class citizenship, thus ensuring a peaceful and non-violent transition. Our military public servants have been instructed to extend every reasonable effort to encourage repentance and forgiveness.

In light of concerns by the members of the De jure Grand Juries, and after discussions with some of the Elders, Tom assumed the role of lead contact for the armed forces and I had the honor of assuming the role of lead contact for the governors, Secretaries of State and Attorneys general for all of the republics. These were natural positions for both of us, and for which the Lord has groomed us with the richness of our lives’ experiences.

Rest assured, that when I am contacted by our public servants, I will undertake all necessary measures to ensure they comply with the People’s orders AS I WROTE THEM, not some backroom political perversion thereof, to cease the bogus prosecutions, provide sovereign ID and passports (beginning with the jurors whose information I have in my possession), adjust the crime databases to reflect sovereign immunity for those jurors, and assist me in emptying the prisons of political prisoners beginning with the families and friends of those jurors, and those “convicted” of tax-related “crimes.” It will be my highest duty to work closely with the Attorneys General to establish the criteria for assembling the lists of political prisoners per the orders. There will be no lawyerly dancing on these matters.

Folks, you have no idea the amount of work and devotion that was expended on behalf of your freedom this week, from preparing the final polished Declaration at this end, to regan’s soup-to-nuts handling of the monumental task of uniform, timely, professional presentment. While many still harbor fear for having signed the declaration of freedom, I personally view this as the most important signature of my life, fulfillment of prophesy. Had it been possible, I would have handed the document to each and every actor personally, looked him in the eyes and said, “Congratulations, welcome back to the brotherhood of man. You have three days to take the oath of office.”

Einstein observed that all great revolutions began as a single thought in the mind of an individual. He knew the capacity of men to manifest the word of the Lord, especially in America, a land founded by men of revolutionary spirit. The LAST place we would look for insight into a true grand jury is the incorporated de facto bar association mafia counsel masquerading as a grand jury for the purpose of stealing you blind. Why would we ever wish to emulate those monstrosities?

Dissenting opinion of Justice Marshall Harlan. “…two national governments, one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions, the other to be maintained by Congress outside and independently of that instrument, by exercising such powers as other nations of the earth are accustomed to…a radical and mischievous change in our system of government will result…We will, in that event, pass from the era of constitutional liberty guarded and protected by a written constitution into an era of legislative absolutism…It will be an evil day for American liberty if the theory of a government outside the supreme law of the land finds lodgment in our constitutional jurisprudence.” In other words, a genuine de jure united States of America congress is always bound to enact laws within the jurisdiction of the constitution. He held tyo the obvious truth that congress does not exist, let alone have powers, outside the constitution. Harlan said, "This nation is under the control of a written constitution, the supreme law of the land and the only source of the powers which our government, or any branch or officer of it, may exert at any time or at any place.")

Cabinet Members of all 50 States that this country is immediately returning to De Jeur Common Law Government of The People.

These public servants have a choice: Swear an OATH to support the U.S. Constitution OR be replaced immediately or even Arrested. Any failure on their part to comply after 72 hours is considered to be an act of TREASON.

As of last evening only 3 Governors ( CA, FL, NY ) have indicated their displeasure. They will either agree OR be replaced on the spot.

Wed 2 June, from the Dragon Clan contact in Hong Kong that deliveries & announcements (by Obama) are still on track and are coming this week, any second now and deliveries may be already underway.
Separately P heard from Source1 that all the program trustees are in Washington DC now awaiting announcements at any moment now, and deliveries will be underway when the announcements are made.
And separately someone in our network who talks to a heavy-duty lender in TX, said that this lender was told by funding banker sources that all the trustees are on high alert now, military on high alert in USA now for the release. Deliveries are literally upon us now. Keep praying and giving thanks the Lord that He's pusing it through! Over last weekend the Dragon Clan contact in Hong Kong sent a message to Pres. Obama that the Asians had finished all the transactions and paperwork leading up to the unveiling of the new worldwide banking system--the paperwork for Europe & Asia was done last Fri 28 May, and the paperwork for the USA was done over the weekend.
The Hong Kong contact told P that Obama sent a message back to him thanking him for his work to release the funds. Obama had to wait till after Memorial Day, because the Asians & World Ct told him to, not because he & Geithner are working against release of the program funds:
unfortunately, Christopher Story's recent report is mistaken, and even attorney Al Hodges is mistaken in assuming Obama is holding it up.
It is the Asians and the World Court who are determining release timing now. Tommy Buckley, program head of the Treasurygate program, was being pressured by the IRS, and Tommy told P yesterday that someone in DC told the IRS to back off from him because he is the head of one of the funding programs, and the IRS agent Tommy was contacted by was visibly scared of what is coming (the release of programs, return to Constitutional Law, etc).

Addendum ---- I just rec'd this from one of my recipient friends


You bring up a good point on the 50% we are to gift out. Who knows how many people we're going to be expected to gift out to, or how much money. I personally see this as a GOOD thing, that step will be required to re-start a new economy. My friends mostly say 'And we waited 20 years in pain and suffering, now we have to give 'our' money away to undeserving people who didn't even know what was going on', hey, that attitude is as bad as the ones we're trying to take down, same as the old boss, unacceptable! Assuming that I haven't pissed somebody off and I eventually get my funding, put me on the benefactor list as I'll probably need a lot of names and addresses. I have a short list, but after about ten people, I've run out of contacts, most of the people I call friends are already in one or more of the programs anyway. My friend GGG in NNNN has the same problem, no names. I've heard they're going to give us 30 days after our receipt of funds to come up with the list, I'm sure most won't have extensive lists prepared when they walk into the bank, there will have to be some sort of grace period don't you think? But, in the meantime, keep compiling names and addresses as many of us may be in the same situation, we'll all need a big list of names and addresses, all most are thinking about right now is getting their delivery, let's try to think ahead a bit!

It makes me sick to see what they have done (on purpose). By starting the announcements, maybe the help we need to fix this can come forward. I believe that God and His PTB will take care of this. The news stories never stop: sovereign debt crises, state bankruptcies looming, VAT tax proposal, new bank regulations, gold above $1100, market volatility, high unemployment, and on and on. With so much noise it is difficult to understand the strategic picture.

We are in the midst of a global restructuring process. Just like corporations are put through a restructuring plan by capital holders when they execute a hostile takeover or force them into bankruptcy, many nations have been through a similar process—Argentina, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Chile, England, Mexico, etc. Some nations are now in that process, most notably Greece and Iceland. Many others will come, including the United States. When the United States enters its restructuring process, it will bring the world more deeply into a depression, which will open up the possibility of a new global bank and global currency (for people that don’t think a global currency is possible, please note that the US dollar has already been the de facto global currency for a long time).

We Americans have a hard time accepting that this global restructuring can happen because we are indoctrinated to believe we still are a free people living in a free market in a free republic. Freedom propaganda is powerful. These videos reveal the truth about the supposed free republic and free market. Once these truths are understood, then the possibility of global restructuring, or “new world order,” become quite understandable.

The link to this video may have been posted before, but I am only getting around to watching it today and I think a repost is in order for others who missed it. I like the way it was produced and (what I call) the "thought-order" or the order of thoughts. Also, it doesn't so much try to provide answers as it does to to raise questions clearly.

Very much recommended as a kind of meditation on money systems and the current situation. Is it true that some kind of entirely new financial system is in the works? I wonder, but this video helps me see that some kind of radical change is needed.

Many seem to believe that the magic answer is to return to a gold-based system, but I have never understood how things could be that simple. Somewhere else this morning I saw in some article a concept which seemed true, the idea that WEALTH = WORK (labor of people). For example, how did China rise so fast in the world compared to the U.S.? She had the great immense "wealth" of cheap labor. People who could and would work for a dollar a day or even less. And somehow people could live on that little amount, some bowls of rice and vegetable or two. The "developed" nations could not compete with that so before too long there were zero televisions being made in the U.S. Cheap labor is a greater wealth than anything.

I guess various values of things are constantly shifting. In the recent history of China one is almost tempted to see the validity of a crazy equation such as "WEALTH = POVERTY." The nation became rich because people could live on a dollar a day. A similar equation comes to mind: "LESS = MORE."

But of course that doesn't last either does it? As China's standard of living rises so does the peoples' "needs" and their labor become less cheap.

Anyway, the above video is helping me today to sort through all these questions.
