Know your transfer agent. Given that the process of naked shorting
begins at the brokerage level, there's not much your company's
transfer agent can do with regards to those shares. The responsibility
for tracking them lies with the brokerage. It is theoretically
possible, however, for a corrupt transfer agent to conceal the true
float and otherwise manipulate the shares themselves.
Both your transfer agent and IR firm should be able to advise you on
the effectiveness of combating naked shorts by changing CUSIP numbers,
reverse mergers, and/or reverse splits. Although the long-term
effectiveness of these strategies is questionable, it may be useful as
part of a larger strategy to deter naked shorting. After changing your
company's CUSIP number, for instance, all existing stock certificates
must be exchanged for new ones. All issued and outstanding
certificates from old shares will no longer represent an interest in
the company until exchanged. This may be more trouble than it's worth,
however. Once the new shares are in circulation, there's nothing to
stop a new round of naked shorting by determined parties. Such tactics
may represent a small part of an overall strategy to reduce naked
shorting interest in your company.

I love it when a plan comes together.
As a final note, I would like to thank Vngntn1, aka onthe fence, ILISTNER from Paltalk. He has been a rock through this entire mess. He is
one of the original Cybermark shareholders. He has been a fountain of information. He has has done an incredible amount od DD. REAL DD. I
hadn't talked to him for awhile, until today. He tells me he has been banned from every room, but one. It reminds me of the time tears ago,
when two of our now BOD members were banned, as well. We will never know how many truth seekers were silenced by the whim or by design, at
the discretion of room owners and mods. How much information have we lost, because of short sightedness? Makes you wonder WHY? God bless you
Vng and all the others who have helped me through the years. I'm so proud to call you my friends. The TRUTH will out.
I also want to thank Franko from Frank's Place for keeping his site alive. Without it, I would be lost.

I too appreciate Franko and his board for having the old PR info, as the 102 wasn't established back then. I can't forget Urban saying... It's all in the PRs... one needs to know how far back to DD things.

Urban locked up CMKI shares, not CMKM, TWO months after they became CMKM. The ORIGINALS
********************
I too appreciate Franko and his board for having the old PR info, as the 102 wasn't established back then. I can't forget Urban saying... It's all in the PRs... one needs to know how far back to DD things.
ty AlanC for forwarding this to me also.
