Secretary Geithner Visits UPS Worldport in Kentucky, Highlighting Importance of Investments in Infrastructure Visit Underscores Need for Congress to Pass the American Jobs Act LOUISVILLE, KY – Highlighting the need for Congress to pass President Obama’s American Jobs Act proposals to create jobs and invest in our nation’s infrastructure, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner today toured UPS’s international air hub and met with local business leaders in Louisville, Kentucky. As a company that interfaces with almost every facet of the country’s transportation system, UPS believes there needs to be immediate short term investment as well as long term planning to maintain and grow our transportation system.
“One of the most important parts of the President’s American Jobs Act is to put people to work right now rebuilding America’s infrastructure,” said Secretary Geithner. “In order to be as productive and efficient as possible, American businesses need the foundation of a strong, reliable, modern infrastructure – and that means they need government to do its part. Investing in infrastructure creates good, middle-class jobs and helps our economy run at its full potential, which keeps us competitive and helps lower costs for businesses and consumers alike.”
“I am encouraged that both the President and Congressional leaders are working to develop bipartisan solutions to put people back to work, modernize and create an interconnected transportation system of ports, rails, roadways and runways, create jobs by expanding access to overseas markets for businesses large and small and reform America's tax system so we can get this economy moving again,” said Scott Davis, Chairman and CEO of UPS.
The Secretary’s visit highlighted the value government investment in 21st century infrastructure provides by increasing productivity and efficiency in our economy and strengthening the competitiveness of American businesses. UPS estimates that a five minute daily delay for every UPS vehicle costs the company $100 million annually. Across the U.S., clogged roads cost our country at least $80 billion a year in lost productivity and wasted fuel. Flight delays cost another $33 billion in lost productivity.
With more than 137,000 flights worldwide in 2010, and more than 31,000 of those from the Worldport Facility, the cost of routine flight delays and traffic congestion have a significant effect on UPS’s bottom line. Because UPS’s operations require interactions with every level of American infrastructure – beyond just roads and bridges – the Secretary’s visit also highlighted the need to invest in the next generation of systems to help modernize air traffic control and create a 21st century energy grid.
Earlier this month, President Obama sent to Congress the American Jobs Act, which creates jobs and cuts taxes for middle-class Americans. The President’s plan addresses the problem of our nation’s crumbling infrastructure while putting hundreds of thousands of workers back on the job with a strategy that combines immediate investments in infrastructure with innovative reforms to ensure that the best projects get financing. These investments would put people to work now and yield lasting benefits for our economy.
For additional information on the American Jobs Act’s proposals to put Americans back to work while rebuilding and modernizing our infrastructure, see the White House fact sheet here: www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2011/09/08/fact-sheet-and-overview.

Sirus, I believe the liars have clammed up because they are feeling the hot breath of the law on their necks.
Remember, most of these liars tagged us, those that were fed up with the lies as the bad guys.
Belittling us by telling shareholders not to listen to us, that WE had motives! We were bashers or worse.
I remember what these things said and how they said it.
No sympathy from me. Throw them all in jail! ALL THAT DAMAGED OR ARE TRYING TO DAMAGE US SHOULD BE PUNISHED TO THE MAX!

It's pretty dang obvious that in order for there ever to be any "gold standard" relative to the USD (any currency for that matter) in principle that the price of gold would have to come down dramatically to a more realistic level , so that one ounce of gold would then translate to one USD. NO? Certainly not where it is now at $1900 p/oz! How does that happen without any physical announcement? It is the only way that it could happen IME, aside from shorting the commodity along with the current price.
AIMVHO,
OIL [shadow=Navy,left,300] Who said dat there ??, when gold was more like 1800- 1900 per/oz? AIMVHO2, OIL! [/shadow]

Are we/CMKX WE getting any closer because of GURUS or indicators? Do you need someone who vacillated for the past 8 years telling you the essence of which "things are wrapping up"?Something that is NOW as blatant as cream cheese on a NY Deli water bagel? Nah, didn't think so. That "things continue to unfold" (yeah your ego, broad statement , and still no "time" commitment there either from tag team "GURU" status, regarding people who have had so much to say, for so very long, right? Sure, you are a guru when you're not mind bending "others", or do "we" just have good people/CMKX Shareholders who really had enough of your mental corn holing among your group, and just plainly "see it for themselves". Smart people who they truly are, well trained after so many years, which amounts to additional credits / masters degree in recognizing when you are being mentally abused, among other things like Government infrastructure, commodities (investments), NSS fraud, i.e., what to do with what you expect to have $$$ , but clearly do not (have) today- like anything but fiat currency.
IOW, folks it's as plain to see, these "INDICATORS" to your Potentially , hopefully GOOD FORTUNE, CLOSURE, WHAT WE ALL CAME TO THE PARTY FOR IN THE 1st PLACE = like cream cheese on a NY deli bagel? OH shit, now I have to go find that picture. Screw me...

BTW, the longer the downward trend continues, the more of an indication that Gold will very likely retrace to the upside , or up and down (zig zag). The longer they (the uncivilized "they") stall these payments crap. While at first glance that might seem like a duhhhhh moment, but not really.. The downward trend was a complete break in "momentum"... and now it is forming a new trend, DOWN, IMHE. If it sustains that is telling of an event to come (in itself). The longer our payment is delayed, (a now global event involving many contingencies, ask Hodges). In this way, i.e., delays, the more upward swings will be induced from opportunists who know, no better (dummies), thus the buying pressure will form again. Huh? LOL- AIMVHO OIL

Where does Clark weigh in 3 years later on his the "Dinar is scam" comment after his peers did such extensive DD? Additionally, Mr. Hodges has endorsed not only the veracity of some of the "Dinar" claims by virtue of his posture through various mentions re; Dinar to our CMKX WAIT, not to forget that Citi Group dedicated an entire article to the Dinar, and the Renminbi thus the spread that will ultimately be made (along with the Treasury Dept., IRS, etc., local authorities... ) in it's foreign investments division, Trump's recent 30 MM purchase of the Dinar, numerous recent "timely" news coverage, comments by Bloomberg, also...
I had to ask. With his, Clark's historical statements, and some recent statements being quoted regarding CMKX posturing, you have to ask yourself. People follow his every word, which I still see quoted. That boggles my mind. You might have missed this opportunity, re; DINAR if you had listened to Clark, and his well intended great DD? Was there any?
Here is a guy that is revered for his INTERNAL GOVERNMENT INSIGHT...(my impression), NO? IF you think this is bashing you are of the wrong mindset folks. Nothing of the sort. More like of you missed the boat, and then fell in the lake mindset. Mind you there are risks with all investments. This is a devalued currency, that may be refunded. Might never come back. You could buy any quantity. No big deal. That is why I liked it. You could go very light, minimal risk, and still be a part of it. But then again there are room disclaimers that work both ways. Here too. I express my opinion only, but rarely give investment advice, or I would have last year, year before when I bought mine.
When I do give advice it's generally with caution.
"That's never going to happen....."..... no chit!?

The Mayor of The Hague, Mr. Jozias van Aartsen, together with his Aldermen, today paid a visit to the seat of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, at the Peace Palace in The Hague. It is the first time that the entire Municipal Executive of The Hague has undertaken such a visit to an international organization. The Mayor and his Aldermen were welcomed on their arrival by the Registrar of the Court, Mr. Philippe Couvreur. They were introduced to the President, Judge Hisashi Owada, and to the other Members of the Court. The delegation was then taken to the room where the Court holds all its deliberations and which is only very rarely open to outside visitors. The visit continued with a working lunch in the judges’ restaurant. During their informal meeting, Members of the Court explained how the Court functions to the municipal officials, and the latter, in turn, were able to communicate to the Judges their international ambitions for the city of The Hague. At the end of the meeting, the Mayor of The Hague signed the Court’s Visitors’ Book and a group photograph was taken of all those who had participated in the meeting. * Photographs of the event are available on the Court’s website at the following address: www.icj-cij.org (in the section “Press Room”). ___________ - 2 - The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. It was established by the United Nations Charter in June 1945 and began its activities in April 1946. The seat of the Court is at the Peace Palace in The Hague (Netherlands). Of the six principal organs of the United Nations, it is the only one not located in New York. The Court has a twofold role: first, to settle, in accordance with international law, legal disputes submitted to it by States (its judgments have binding force and are without appeal for the parties concerned); and, second, to give advisory opinions on legal questions referred to it by duly authorized United Nations organs and agencies of the system. The Court is composed of 15 judges elected for a nine-year term by the General Assembly and the Security Council of the United Nations. It is assisted by a Registry, its international secretariat, whose activities are both judicial and diplomatic, as well as administrative. The official languages of the Court are French and English. The ICJ, a civil court open only to States for contentious proceedings and to certain organs and institutions of the United Nations system for advisory proceedings, should not be confused with the other ⎯ mostly criminal ⎯ judicial institutions based in The Hague and adjacent areas, such as the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY, an ad hoc court created by the Security Council), the International Criminal Court (ICC, the first permanent international criminal court established by treaty, which does not belong to the United Nations system), the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL, an independent judicial institution composed of Lebanese and international judges, which is not a United Nations tribunal and does not form part of the Lebanese judicial system), or the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), an institution founded in 1899, which is independent of the United Nations. www.icj-cij.org/presscom/files/1/16711.pdf Information Department: Mr. Andrey Poskakukhin, First Secretary of the Court, Head of Department (+31 (0)70 302 2336) Mr. Boris Heim, Information Officer (+31 (0)70 302 2337) Ms Joanne Moore, Associate Information Officer (+31 (0)70 302 2394) Ms Genoveva Madurga, Administrative Assistant (+31 (0)70 302 2396

If they/ANY AGENCY, TRUST ETC., paid an initial payment to these shareholders it would have created an avalanche of leverage. Beyond , beyond, beyond. The same leverage that would have been created to push shorts over the edge that was boasted about to create that leverage while collecting funds at one time. Only this time a huge legal sword thrust into the hearts of the offenders. Is there any reality here at all?
That is why I have such a huge question in my mind that Maheu left no options at all for CMKX shareholders to defend their "damage" claims, thus being raped like (never mind) we are waiting now forever and a day with these lame reports that all Presidents present and past administrations have billions in offshore accounts, and so does his/Obama's cabinet. So ridiculous. At that rate we would never be paid. I mean what would be their incentive to let any money go if they are that satisfied, and financially paid off? Come on! That magic would go on forever. So that message let's us know that it's a dead end, and to go away empty handed. Too simple for someone.
So contrived.

As far is the Dinar updates;
Stick with whatever translates- up to the hour, relating to "REAL" IRAQI NEWS...It's really that Simple. Phoenix said it, and I agree , if something is not on the CBI web page then it's either not current, erroneous ,not valid, or pure bull chit. Why complicate this? It is looking very good based purely on Shabibi's statements himself on dropping of the zeros (currency) among other things, like bringing the value back up to where it was around 2003. Relax it's coming. It will!
Shabibi even said no lop just revalue, and he is the CBI!

The only difference, actual evidenced differences that I can see with my eyes today are good shareholders throwing their hands up reduced to the capacity of giving the F up. To those who still remain silent day in and day out I say screw you ass+hull for your allowing "us all" to lose this war (the longer this takes, as the odds slip away,) and that is apparent. FYZ you, we in fact are losing. You knew it, and you wanted it this way. Screw you, those responsible.
