tigerherb: BHollenegg Says...
Is this the "train of truth" you are pushing for me to be a part of...making stuff up, drawing the wrong conclusion, stating that I do not believe that "payment is eminent" or that "the trust does exist", on a public message board?
tigerherb: Please don't try to intimidate the shareholders into joining because it will not work and will drive away those who want to join, but not by intimidation.
I have my reasons for not putting up the $250 for an Attorney...
tigerherb: 1 I have an Attorney, a d*mn good Attorney whose loyalty is to the cause for the shareholders, an Attorney whose loyalty does not stop when the shareholders' payments stop.
2. I believe this will be over before any new Attorney will make an impact.
tigerherb: 3. I am on disability with limited funds.
4. I assist other shareholders who are in desperate need of funds for food. $250 makes a huge difference.
5. I do not condone personal attacks.
tigerherb: I do not have a problem with any one seeking their own attorney. I do have a problem with any one who attacks those working on releasing the funds to the shareholders.
tigerherb: If you always supported me, then you would have no doubt about my loyalty and honesty to the shareholders.
Thank you,
BHollenegg
1. You do have a great attorney and no one is trying to derail his efforts. But the fact is YOU have an attorney along with your fellow plaintiffs but the rest of the shareholders DO NOT. It was made very clear to us recently in Tallahassee that we are not represented in the Bivens case you are.
2. We all thought this would be over a long time ago and Attorney Hodges said if he was a betting man by christmas but here we sit with nothing.
3.Good reason not to contribute.
4. I/we have assisted many shareholders in times of need and will continue to do so. If we can help push the payment out we can help a lot more.
5. I don't condone personal attacks either, but when I was vebally attacked in a place that I put my blood sweat tears and money into I was considered the bad guy and the attacker did not even get a slap on the wrist. If you don't condone personal attacks then prove it by showing support AGAINST your fellow plaintiff.
The only thing we are after is the trust and the distribution of those funds to the shareholders that have endured enough BS for way too long. After a meeting with certain government officials I have never felt more confident that it is the right thing to do. What makes your action the right thing to do and ours the wrong thing to do? We are not trying to force anyone to join we have more than enough already however we do believe all shareholders have a right to know what is going on so they can make their own choice.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
WE JUST WANT THE TRUTH!!
This year I would actually like to give out $100 bills instead of candy bars for Halloween
Hope this cleared some things up. If you would like to discuss exactly what the office of financial regulation said I would be more than happy to discuss it with you.
