We have had an overwhelming response from the previous email which made it necessary to send this follow up. After having a meeting with the Office of Financial Regulation of the state of Florida it was made very clear to us that we needed to seek our own legal counsel. Only the plaintiffs in the Bivens suit are represented by it and it has already been dismissed and sits in the ninth court of appeals. Attorney Fryar is not filing any suit as of yet he will start in the discovery mode and will seek the truth about the trust fund with our payment. If you decide to join this action you need only pledge with the following information and attorney Fryar will email you a contract before you fund your payment and it will spell out exactly what to expect.
