There wasn't a shareholder's meeting because someone in negotiations of out of court settlement withdrew. Those reading updates & documents would realize that. They've had to result to litigation. To obtain funds, takes funds, shareholders should know that by the petition of Fryar for $35,000....just to investigate with no litigation.
