is the Highest Authority the person Al hodges refers to in his Affidavit " (ii) accordingly, the information described above, gathered by or through me, or presented to me by persons within the scope of PROTECTED, Professional PRIVILEGE, and Work Product CONFIDENTIALITY " he is this that he talks about here, could it be the Highest Authority, whoever that is suppose to be. Does Jacbert not the name of the Highest Authority...LOL from the October 19th, 2010 confirmation in his own words, " trust me, if I told you the name, you would say yes, that is the highest authority "  ? the who are these - PROTECTED, Professional PRIVILEGE, and Work Product CONFIDENTIALITY " |
