Its been almost a year, I would hope he ( Jacbert ) will at least now come out with who he talked to on the phone and who this guy said was the Highest Authority. " It is Time "

Yes, go listen to the tape again. he talks about being on the phone with someone. simply means he was being feed more BS about a so called Highest Authority.
it is actually pretty comical if you analyze it. what is even more funnier and I wish someone had the mp3 of it was when Jacbert was going on and on and on....ohhh trust me, If i said the name you would say, yes, that is the Highest Authority. Anyone remember him rambling on about that in the room. wish there was a MP3 of that comment also. Sure others had heard those remarks also, but at least we have this MP3, not sure how and why the other boards do not want this MP3 played some 10 months later......LOL

Got we got the H.A above on mp3 and also now on youtube from oct 19th, but along that same day, Jacbert was talking about " trust me, if I told you who the highest Authority was , you would say, yes that is the highest authority " do you remember hesring him say that. I do clear as a bell, just wish it was on audio tape, because he was so smut about it......now 10 months later still nothing.
hoping soone else can remeber those words and if possible have the audio of it, but at least we have this one and when you listen, you hear him talk about a phone call, well who was that person on the other end, feeding him the info, that still has not panned out, but on the tape he is yapping away about we could be paid tonight or tomorrow, hello that was Oct 19th i feel its time to expose the person on the other end of that line come August 25th, but is he man enough to say he was buffaloed on that phone call, played like a fiddle

got posted yesterday this post. here it is again. pretty much how I see it going down. I think what we will see is more of the same from Al Hodges. i was at the courthouse in California on Dec 6th, 2011. Judge Selna, said he didn't see it Al Hodges way and dismissed the case, saying ' perhaps the ninth circuit will see it a different way, hence the new appeal. We will see Mr hodges submit the very same thing to this court, ( I hope with a few more specifics ) and then we will wait for the SEC's response 1 month later and then get the ruling at this next level from this new Judge. Pretty much what is going on here. As for Al hodges stating the opening brief will be moot, because of settlement talks, well, it is the same exact script from the August 2nd hearing when he said all of these same things. it is a repeat performance, just pray he adds a few more specifics, but no matter what, since it a first in history of such a case, no other precedence as stated by Judge Selna back on Dec 6th, 2010 in courtroom, we now wait to see how the ninth circuit will rule and the new judge. nothing new, just more of the same, so tack on 30 more days Sept 24th, 2011 for the SEC's response and then however long the judge rules ( lets say 2 weeks ) so we will get a Judge's ruling on if this can go to trial by lets say Oct 7th. For Jacbert. I noticed him on this board again within the past 24 hours checking in for some reason.
so here is your Highest Authority speech again. Mind as well play it since the 1 year anniversary is only 7 days away. Maybe at the one year mark, perhaps Jacbert might reveal who was on the phone with him...LOL ( Lt KK or someone like that ) and they give him the BS story about some higher Authority.
