He mailed ups over one thousand complaints to william woerner of the nevada fbi, who is suppose to be conducting an independent investigation into the fbi, doj, sec, Al Hodges, and our companies actions and inactions, much of which looks like direct fraud and the cover up of fraud. Fryar has nothing to do with this complaint, but should back it totally, and I have asked him to. We need a shareholders lawyer to ask the tough questions: 1. why did the sec and doj subpoena the evidence and let the fraud continue and the money stolen 2. why did leslie hakala and the sec okay the share sales of je and urban, especially after they had subpoeneaed the records of the fraud 3. why did the sec and doj and our company cover up the fraud of the brokers 4. etc. So leo, that is the facts, this investigations was started by the shareholders who are sick of being lied to by all involved. |

no wonder J.Burkin finally decided to look into CMKX...LOL
heck over 100 complaints filed against him in July 2011 after he did nothing for over a year after he was sent the cmkx information. Gus got the story down pat

I guess Mr Woerner must have called him and said WTF is going on here.

Occupy Wall Street begins today at 12pm. Finally a younger generation has gotten together to say enough is enough. Looks like they plan on protesting on Wall Street for a couple of months. I can only hope the movement grows. We shall see, I'm sure they will try to stop it, but as Americans we have that right to protest, so please help promote the information.
at least I can say that the news media may not help out much, but at least it is not a black out, because they just showed it on Fox News.
