Al Hodges filed his 44 page document dated Dec 5th, 2011
We are now 7 days away from hearing from the DOJ/SEC and their response to the judge in regards to Al Hodge's filing ( original refile from Sept 16th , 2010 ) and also his most recent response ( 44 pages ) dated 12/5/2011
Now the DOJ/SEC Andrew Briowaithe ( something like that or Mr. Keith Staub ) will respond to the judge no later than March 29th, 2012 ( so we have 7 days to go to be able to read the DOJ/SEC's response.
Sure it will be more of the same as to them saying that the DTCC is privately owned, etc. etc. etc. and arguing the taking claus and the 5th amendment, etc. etc.
Well the DTCC is privately owned by no other than the brokerage houses ( Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, BofA, etc. etc. ) yes the same banks that work for the DTCC are the same Banks that AL Hodges has the evidence on for NSS CMKX stock. How comical is that.
The Wall Street Conspiracy documentary clearly explains who owns the DTCC. Hope all have watched this powerful movie as it relates to the CMKX Lawsuit.
Once we get to read the court filing by the DOJ/SEC by March 29th, 2012, Al Hodges will have 14 days to respond back of dispute some of the silliness of the DOJ/SEC's filing ( spin ) If he feels he should. Hope he does, but not required.
After that the clock will tick on waiting for the Judge to decide if AL Hodges 44 page document is substantial enough to move forward with a trial, which, the Judge has already ruled twice in Al Hodges favor, and even posted his decision dated Feb 29th, 2012 in Al Hodges favor, not only did he deny the SEC/DOJ Lawyers request for dismissal, he pretty much told them that what Al Hodges stated in his 44 page filing is substantial to move forward, so lets see what they DOJ/SEC respond back with.
I see on some other boards, they got the dates , the process and who files next a bit backwards, so please go by what I'm saying here and look for the DOJ/SEC's response within the next 7 days, and no later than March 29th, 2012
Once they respond, we need to blast that link and document all over the internet and shed some light on this case
