A great member of Grape Vine, received the following email from Scottstrade after making inquiry about their restrictions, showing CMKX symbol:

Dear Investor:
Thank you for your e-mail. At this time, sell orders are being accepted
for CMKX. When you hear of a stock buy back, the company is buying back
shares for a reason to be determined by the company. We do not have any
information regarding a stock buy back at this point in time.

Thank you for your email. CMKM Diamond "CMKX" is on our list of stocks that we only allow orders selling existing shares that are already in a client's account. We do not allow new purchases and do not allow shares to be transferred in to an account. This stock has not traded since Oct 11th when it had a closing price of $0.20.
