You are right if we get payed right before a collapse all your money will be worthless. Sooo better exchange it into something quickly once you have it . We have nothing now, just a piece of paper, a cert. If it becomes anything else in the future we will see. Cant change anything anyway ,the money is invested and thats gone. The waiting game sucks!

i thought lilburrito0 said URBAN was going to be in jail two years ago? hell, the courts can't even get him to appear!
and even then, when URBAN tells the courts to shove it, the courts can't even issue a summary judgement.
too weird. the guy laughs at the courts and the court runs and hides! lol
what is with that?
and what's just as weird, TYLER remains silent.
and what's the purpose of the current board of directors? what are those jokers suppose to be up to?
since none of them appear to be complaining about the lack of a summary judgement, and since there appears to be no movement on finding the people for the "real" board o directors, i guess the "unreal" board of directors are kickin' back with kevin and john and going to the local mcdonalds for fish sandwiches. niiiiiice.

the new CEO comes in and he promised weekly information in response to shareholder questions and concerns.
that worked for about the same length of time it took kevin to lengthen his public statements from weekly to monthly and now to "whatever, dude."
i'll bet the current ceo drops the pretense of periodic information to "whenever there is something worth reporting."
what do these guys do? frankly, i don't quite get what the duties are of the new ceo and BOD members since they don't appear to be doing much. of course, that impression is easy to maintain since they don't say anything. lol
oh, wait, i know, they can't say anything because that would give away all the top secrets.
what would be refreshing to learn is that they are working on the financials and that they are on some schedule to return to trading. the counter argument is, well, gee, they can't give the bad guys that information because then they'll know what to do.
my response is, well, if you don't state a drop-dead date how the hell do you bring pressure to bear on the bad guys?
maybe TYLER is not calling the shots? maybe it's the SEC? fine. but, then, why not pressure the SEC? why not remind everyone involved that you (supposedly) represent 60,000 shareholders and this has gone on long enough. but, i guess if you're on the inside, making some money and being told everything that's gone on, is going on and is likely to go on in the future it's easier to remain calm about your investment. niiiiiiice.

it's as though once these yahoos become company "officials" their heads swell to twice their normal size and they start believing their shiiitt doesn't stink.
kevin stated we would trade again. okay, then when? or, what are you doing TYLER to get us back to trading? or, what about the financials? where do we stand on the financials? what still has to be done? or, if you can't answer that, maybe tell us when you hope to have the financials finished. what about the new BOD? who is being considered? have you contacted any of these people? etc. etc. etc.
does addressing these kinds of questions compromise the company? i doubt it. and there are many other topics you could be releasing information on.
why not?
where are we headed? kevin said trading. can you repeat that?

Here is the recap for Wodan's mp3 10/20/08... I think this is close... though there a couple or words I wasn't sure about ~seagull They needed 3 yrs. to collect all the money from the naked shorts. Everything that is happening now we were told 2(3?) yrs ago that this would happen. I am looking for $1.54 but don't know when. We knew 2 yrs. ago that it would be after summer... before the election... Mano cannot handle the rollercoaster. I am waiting for a merger and a buyout... no settlement... they will cover it up... cannot call it that... They want everything to go down before they start to clean it up... They are giving them until end of year.. They will clean it up. A buy out is 30 days. I do not like what they did to us... if they needed to do it I still don't like it... Tyler.. a sharade... don't want anything to do with it any more. Some Americans have good sources... like Tiger paw said those banks would go belly up. Mano could not handle the rollercoasters ... He don't want to do it no more... I let him be... will see him when it starts. It's not delay. It was planned like this. They told us that we had to wait. That is why I follow NBC ... and the things I think I know... whether it is right I don't know... Think logic. Over here in Europe Unlimited credit until year end. Mano and me knew 2 yrs ago it would if idiots like us knew... those hotshots know too! They are going to clean it up quietly. If we are a part of this... means that faryo ?? is dead... Look at Shore gold... biggest diamond mind in the world... and hear it will merge with Newmont... Where have we heard that?? do you think it will be $1.54? I think you will tell yourself ...yea... You can only go back to 2004 and calculate it yourself ... my guess is close to 20billion... I think a share is going to be a share... whether electronic or cert... The only thing they can do is buy us out... otherwise the naked short would show up. I was told it was the SEC that wanted this to strike a deal ... the 800 billion... or may be no shares... How can they hide a naked short? 2 things they can do... bankruptsy and I don't think so ... or buy out... anything else... naked short will appear... clear now that nobody wants to talk about naked shorts... reverse split and naked short will show up... I don't want to go into details anymore.. who knows what I am gonna screw up ... heh? ...I am hearing timelines...I am hear stuff from all the people that is going to happen... who knows when ... we blab it all over the boards... heh? . but then I don't want to screw it up anymore... If you hold electronic shares the broker can do the rest. If you hold certs, they have to send some kind of notification to your home ... and you get dividend they send something home anyway... So I think you will get package. If you hold certs ... you get electronic card... you will go to bank and get your money ... but if they are going to do a buy out, they have to do it in a legal way... they have to do some kind of announcement ... because suppose some of the people has moved...if they do some kind of buyout they must do it in a legal way ... notification... contact everybody ... build-in timeline to have a chance for you to contact them... Mano was talking about how they going to do it... I said if you hold a cert they always have to send something to your home... that is why they say mail box...... again ... there you go again... (something about a check??) Or maybe Tyler is going to take care of it... uh oh... we're in trouble PORTRUSH Executive Administrator Re: Woodan Says... « Reply #1 Today at 11:02am » There's not a bonified shareholder out there that doesn't hope he's right. jfarn, You, sir, are very correct concerning the innaccurate initial assessment of the collateral damage, which has occurred solely because of the delayed responses by those responsible to 'push the buttons'. The collateral damage has injured, maimed, killed, and affected many more than was initially estimated when the war plan was devised. We have seen such foresight or lack thereof in other regional conflicts over the past few years. In some areas the collateral damage is heavier in depth than anticipated, and some may not see the final surge and action. The collateral damage will not cause the conflict to end, but it has caused a change of direction and has altered the speed of attack recently. This is bigger than we ever thought it could be and, thus, more complex than the initial war plan called for. Let's just blame it on subprime for now; but most know to observe the entire capital market situation instead. However, we will continue to thrust forward with the might of righteousness until it is complete, and we are almost there, I believe. There are no coincidences. One move of the chess piece by the master forces the move of the opponent. There are a myriad of boards playing the game. Ours, and many others, is over and ended in checkmate long ago, but the entire system must move at once soon. We wait, patiently, steadfastly, knowingly; we wait. IMO. Enjoy your day. Of course, IMO.

NBC Nightly News aired story on SEC tonight - how they are supposed to protect investors and they didn't.
So SEC has been exposed. Let's hope they want to redeem themselves and pay us already!

This is clearly the most damaging report on the SEC I've ever seen. The Inspector General is basically calling them incompetent -- and a major cause of the financial meltdown.
That's heavy.
And remember that this is the same person, David Kotz, the SEC Inspector General, that jfarn has been talking to. I also sent a complaint about the SEC's handling of CMKX to Mr. Kotz in several forms -- to the SEC website's contact link for the Inspector General's office, by facsimile to their fax number, and by post.
That was a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything from his office yet.
Let's just hope that Mr. Kotz is as thorough in investigating the CMKX case as he was with Bear Stearns. If he is, we might see some action.

The owner of CMKM Diamonds's transfer agent, who I find credible based on her demeanor, testified that she found this stock issuance to be strange, and she did not transfer stock for any other company with over 778 billion shares outstanding. (Tr. 159, 166.) and then They file charges against her on 4/7/2008...gezzus, why not try and get it right the first time huh? www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2008/comp20519.pdf

Watch Citigroup Shares Today:
As most of you know, Credit Default Swap (CDS) traders are not known for their transparency. In fact, observers can't even agree on the true size of this $ 50 - $ 60 billion market.
But what most participants do agree on is that collectively Bank of America (BAC), Citigroup (C), and JP Morgan Chase (JPM) account for over 90% of this huge market.
From Sparky's vantage point, there is no reason not to believe that these same three Pigs were the main issuers of CDSs covering Lehman Bros paper; and today is the day of reckoning.
Now bearing the above in mind, Sparky can't help noticing how chitty Citigroup's shares have performed lately; particularly on a relative basis.
Citigroup shares closed yesterday at $ 15.06, up 21 cents; a much weaker showing than the overall market. And this morning the best bid is over 50 cents lower and over a million shares have changed hands pre-open.
Moreover, at $ 21.39, the 200-day moving average for C shares is the lowest it's been in 200 days!
In Sparky's humble opinion, this filthy sow is mortally wounded and is about to be slaughtered and then cannibalized.
Just Watch!
Sparky
