WHO"LL STOP THE REIGN?
Who'll stop the reign of shorty and co-conspirators? Those so called "KINGS" of wall street, the "Goliaths"who have raped and pillaged shareholders and companies for many, many years and all without worry of prosecution or due justice. A reign of terror, deceit, theft, counterfeiting, hypocracy and RICO offenses of a magnitude that exceeds all other criminals and co-conspirators before it, and most likely any who will come after. We know who they are.
Recently I have seen it mentioned about Entourage being "Huge", Once by J.T. Moran and and once by Kevin West. This presents several questions in my mind, one of which is "OK, can Entourage really be huge"?
The answer is, absolutely! A lot bigger than just the 45 million shares to be issued to "bonafide" CMKX shareholders,which is "huge" in and of itself.
I will first address the possible benefits that I see for CMKX "bonafide" Shareholders. It is true that on the surface, Entourage doesn't look like much of an asset. It's been trading at relatively low prices this past year,ranging from $ .56 a year ago, to $.22 - $.24 area here recently. In addition to that, if the true OS of CMKX was 640 to 703 billion, this would be a very small payout to CMKX "bonafide" shareholders. Hardly worth all this effort, right?
HOWEVER, if the OS of CMKX is much smaller, which I believe it is, then Entourage becomes a REAL asset. Entourage is a very "tightly" and "closely" held corporation, and I believe there is a very, small float. This is extremely important, not only to CmkX "bonafide" shareholders, but to the Interplead in general.
If, for instance, CMKX's true OS is 45 billion, Shorty and co-conspirators, upon successful interplead, must somehow get their hands on a TON of Entourage shares to cover. WHERE will they get them from and WHAT will they have to pay for them? Entourage is the perfect one to set presedent. Entourage is "compliant", "clean" and doesn't drag along any baggage with it.
Also several times here recently we have been told " Nothing can move forward until the interplead has been done." What/who are waiting on the interplead of Entourage to move forward? USCA? JMGC? SEAI? Conversion Services? MCIO? Diagem? CMKX? CIM? CMI? GBDX? The numbered Sask companies? Great Western Group? Forest Gate? War eagle? SEI? UCA? SUV? ETGMF? Others? Merger? Conglomerate?
My figures here reflect a short of only 658 billion. 703 billion {os} -45 billion {real os} = 658 billion short. 45 million {ent shares} divided by 45 billion {real os} = .001 {divi ratio} 658 billion {short} x .001 = 658 million shares { amount that shorty and co-conspirators have to come up with} Can you say "HUGE!!?" Isn't the total outstanding of Entourage somewhere around 75 million shares? Let's see here, shareholders = 45 million, how much do insiders hold, URBAN, Wesley, Emmerson, Shatko, Kennedy,etc., twenty, twenty five million shares? Where in the world will shorty and co-conspirators get these shares? They can't use "AIRSHARES" this time, right? Can't fire up the printing press this time, right? No shells to hide the pea under, real honest to goodness "transparency?" What if Entourage shows some valuation at the right time? When do the 45 million shares become voteable by the Trustee?
If this interplead is just about Entourage,and if successful, will set Presedent, is it possible that we have "other" assets that will follow suit? Could this be why "this" interplead is "only" about Entourage?" What if 200 billion shares of SGGM are next? Remember SGGM was revolked at about the same time as CMKX. How will Shorty and co-conspirators get their hands on those and WHAT will they have to pay for them? No wonder that SGGM went quietly into the land of the "delisted." Ever wonder why we never received SGGM as a dividend? Ever wonder why we never received the second GEMM?

658 billion {short} x 4.444 = 2,924,444,415,200 { amount that shorty and co-conspirators have to come up with} Can you say "HUMONGUS!!?" How in the world do you get your hands on shares from a company that is delisted? How do you get your hands on shares that don't exist? LOL
What if the second GEMM divi is next? CIM? What about any shares of companies that we did a cross/dividend with? and so on and so on, etc. Then you have the short on CMKX and any other assets. People do you have any idea just how blessed you are to be here, in this stock, at this time in history? This ratio is on only 658 billion shares short. We have heard many rumors of a short of 1.4 to 2.4 trillion. HOLY MOLY! What if the real os is 2 billion? Rest assured, someone is going to bend over and grab cheeks on this one....LOL
On 127 million {GEMM} shares with an os of 45 billion, I came up with a ratio of .002822 x 658 Billion {short} = 1,856,876,000 divided by 350 {reverse split jmgc} = 5,305,360 { amount of shares that shorty and co-conspirators have to come up with} Where will shorty and co-conspirators get their hands on them and what will they have to pay? Isn't the total outstanding of JMGC just 2 million?
Yepper "HUGE!" Please feel free to correct me on my math here. I am not very good at math and my calculator is smoking, LOL.
Remember shorty and co-conspirators have kicked all azzes before CMKM Diamonds and their team. But wait, I believe that Robert Mahue has an outstanding record of kicking some "GOLIATH" azzes. Four very good reasons why this "GOLIATH" hasn't had their azz's kicked up to now? First one is that there was not a correct "ARENA" to do so. "SET PRESEDENT?" Just how important is this to all the other companies in the future? An "ARENA" that will enable the "DAVIDS" to kick "GOLIATH'S" azz?
a "deterrent?" Think mahue is not in this fight? Please show me ONE, just ONE time, he quit a fight before it was finished. Robert mahue is the second reason. Urban Casavant is the third reason. You shareholders are the fourth reason. Yes, there are many more good reasons.
I would most certainly be remiss if I did not address another issue that has disturbed me greatly for a long, long time. That is to those of you who have made, and those of you who continue to make disrespectful, unwarranted,and unsubstantiated remarks and accusations against Urban Casavant and others of our team, to those who try to "organize" shareholders against the team, who attempt to plant seeds, such as "suggestions of ways and means to take over the company" and so on and so forth. SHAME ON YOU! YOU KNOW NOT WHAT YOU DO!
