I figure every other knucklehead in this stock is posting about our latest development why not me? Take this for what its worth ….
Al Hodges won nothing! So he cannot be the entity that would send you notification of your payment. There is no case documents that say CMKX shareholder get this… So why are some disappointed at the fact that Al’s update did not include the eluding “WHEN” and “HOW MUCH” In my humble miniscule opinion I think Al did what he was required to do to get us here. I have been waiting for 10 plus years so a waiting a while longer is not going to make any difference.
I will say this to all the shareholders…
If all the effort from the Hodges/ Mahue team were for naught and at the end the bad guys win and we get the old roo roo ask yourself this?
How much time effort and money did you spend to attack on all fronts to assist with our case? I am not talking about sitting in your computer chair reading rumor reports either I mean real calculated efforts? Al started his update off with what Samuel Adams said: "It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds." Look in the mirror folks and determine if you were the few that tried or the majority that sat on their hands and waited. If you were one of the lazy you have NO RIGHT TO pregnant dog PERIOD! We are done at this point and will have to wait and see if it was a good thing or a bad thing but quoting Al “The specific legal effect is to fully and completely terminate the Bivens case. It means that for seven very courageous plaintiff shareholders, they are at no further risk. It means for all shareholders [putative class action members all] that the US Government is free from the threat of additional litigation, at least in the practical sense.” They may not be free from the threat if all the shareholders had united prior to the SOL and filed their own case. Something we will never know because most sat on their hands waiting for a hand out.
As I see it only 2 outcomes…
1. We get paid and some will be happy and some not at the amount but life will go on and we will all be better for it!
2. We get nothing and you will always look in the rear view mirror second-guessing what you might have done to help cause a different outcome. Remember the words of Edmund Burke “ All that is necessary for the forces of evil to win in this world is for good men to do nothing”
